Staff from the moment we checked in with Marina to Aurora not a moment passed when we walked by staff all greeted us with a friendly hello. Aurora’s personalized tour explaining the history was truly amazing.

Hotel staff (housekeeping in particular) was spectacular and super friendly! Property was pretty and the room was amazing!
The reception/check-in staff was not helpful nor welcoming- giving us glares. (check-out was better) the hotel manager was intimidating and despising. When we ran into an issue, he was not friendly nor understanding at all ruining our experience from the start. For the nightly rate that high, a disruptive and uncomfortable experience from the check-in affects the entire experience. Unless you wanted to be treated and looked down by a group of entitled, snobby, and uncomfortable staff under the significant price tag, DO NOT COME. There are multiple 5-star boutique hotels in the area with just as great of location and much better staffs.
