Stylish room with large balcony and spacious bathroom. Hotel provided a packed lunch for an early departure and staff were super helpful with organising onward travel.
The food at the hotel restaurant wasn't great. Very dry meat and no salad or vegetable served with the main course. The premises around the hotel looked a little run down, which was quite a contrast to the beautifully down guest bedrooms.

There was a misunderstanding in the restaurant because I am not fluent in Spanish and there was a lack of staff. The lady was extremely rude and made no attempt to sort out the misunderstanding amicably. The hotel appears to be rated 4 star and it probably was at one point but there is evidence of inadequate maintenance. I would rate the restaurant and it´s staff as one star.

The room was spacious not very clean the floor was filthy, so was the balcony floor, the hotel pool was empty out of use, the hotel restaurant food was not good,
