La localización es buena por estar a 2 min en coche del centro de caleta de fuste, en una zona bastante tranquila. En general limpio y cómodo, bien equipado con lo necesario para pasar unos días allí.
La cocina olía mal, estaba limpia pero olía como a grasa rancia probablemente porque tienen que cambiar el filtro del extractor. La ropa de cama necesita cambio, parece heredada de tu tía abuela. El sofá necesita limpieza y probablemente sustitución por alguno más cómodo. La terraza necesita una sombrilla. Y la piscina, para nuestra sorpresa, estaba en obras!

Il personale molto disponibile, ci è stato cancellato il volo e siamo arrivati 2 giorni dopo la prenotazione, il proprietario si è offerto di prolungare il nostro soggiorno dopo il giorno del check-out. L’appartamento molto grande con zona terrazzo dove poter prendere il sole o soltanto rilassarsi la sera.
La lontananza dal mare, ma non è stato un grosso problema in quanto avevano l’auto, 5 min ed eravamo nella spiaggia più vicina.
Durante il nostro soggiorno la piscina non era agibile, il proprietario ci ha riferito che era in manutenzione

Amazing terraces perfect sun location. The apartment was very comfortable & large enough for a family of 5. The views were the best I've ever had in any accommodation in fuerventura & we've been going for 20 years. Pillows & mattress extremely comfortable. About a 20minute walk to an amazing shopping centre with restaurants downstairs leading to a gorgeous beach & promenade. If air conditioning was in this apartment I would give it a ten it's definitely needed but obviously the price would go up as it's extremely cheap at the moment 😅 but we knew there wasn't any before booking.
The pool was closed but that's not the owners fault I personally think residents might have a problem with tourists staying because there was nothing wrong with the pool & we didn't see anyone working on it. I've read other reviews about this apartment complaining about dogs barking there are 2 dogs but it didn't effect us as our neighbours at home both sides have dogs so we really didn't notice it 🤣
