Pamela met us at the dock and proceeded to give us information about our room, the town and how best to get around. Her information was very helpful. She also gave us her phone number and encouraged us to reach out with any questions. When we asked for some help, she was very prompt and helpful with her answers. The rooms of this B&B are exceptional. They are beautiful with exceptional attention to detail to ensure a wonderful stay. The rooms are large and airy with a lovely bathroom and incredible view. Pamela leaves an amazing array of food for the stay including a daily delivered, freshly baked cake which she cooks herself. She happily makes gluten free cakes as well. Her cakes are the best I've tasted. This B&B far outshines any other B&B stay I've had!

Brilliant location close to the ferries. Our host supplied everything you could possibly imagine for our daily breakfast including baking a new local cake everyday!
There were two flights of stairs to negotiate which may be an issue for some, but it wasn't for us. They took our bags up when we arrived so that wasn't an issue

Amazing location for everything. Right on the port with access to boat trips, beaches and the town. Our host Pamela baked fresh cakes everyday and left them in the room for us. She arranged transfer to and from airport. Plus Pamela organised a bus tour for us to Positano, Amalfi and Rafello. Amazing service throughout our stay

So close to everything and lovely being in the water with views and steps to lots of restaurants and experiences.

Pamela, the host, was superb. She came to meet us when we arrived, welcomed us to an early check in, baked the most amazing fresh delights every day (I could've eaten the entire lemon cake myself!) and helped us with recommendations and a private boat tour. We loved the location as it is away from all the touristy crowds, but super convenient. It is by the ferry, but out of the way, so you do not suffer from any crowds or noise from the ferry. The room was extremely well-stocked with food for breakfast, snacking and more. The view from our window was phenomenal- like a fairytale!
It was wonderful all around. The shower leaked to the floor a bit, but it wasn't a bother for us (only sorry for the wet towels!).

The apartment is in an incredibly position, if coming by ferry it is a 5 minute walk, could not be any more convenient!

Hands down - our stay at Surriento Suites was the best lodging experience we have ever had anywhere! Pamela is the most gracious and responsive hostess you can imagine. Our room was beautifully appointed, impeccably clean, and stocked with homemade Italian treats and conventional Italian snacks. Not to mention the beautiful views from our room, especially at sunrise and sunset. Also, the location of Surriento Suites is ideal for the ferries and chartered boat trips to Capri and the Amalfi Coast. It is easily accessible by the Sorrento bus system, taxis, steps from the city center, and a walking path from the spectacular Villa Comunale di Sorrento gardens. We are already planning our return trip!

This apartment has such an Italian charm, we had an amazing stay. Location was great, spotless clean, well equipped with everything including fully stocked fridge, cupboards with plenary of food and drinks. We didn’t need to go near a supermarket. Delicious freshly baked homemade cakes everyday! Amazing views of the sea, boats coming in a that sunset in the evening, so romantic! Pamela our host went above and beyond, myself and my husband were there celebrating our 1st Wedding anniversary and she decorated our bed with petals, balloons and champagne, such a personal touch, I was in tears! We cannot wait to come back again :-) Thank you Pamela and staff for a wonderful stay x

Everything! The room was lovely and had everything you need and more! The location at Marina Piccola is great! Sea views and easy access to ferries and beach clubs. Just take the lift to get up into town, which is just a few minutes walk from the apartment. Paola thought of everything and was a lovely hostess. She even baked yummy treats that she left for us each day! There are so many choices of food for breakfast, you can’t go hungry. We couldn’t recommend staying here enough!
Not so much a dislike as a tiny suggestion. Maybe have a “do not disturb” or something like it for the door. We had decided to sleep in a little longer one morning and almost got walked in on by housekeeping.

Surriento Suites B&B was a great four-night stay with pricing much less expensive than the other waterfront hotels, and this “bed & breakfast” was more like a hotel since each guest had a separate suite off a central staircase. The Italian proprietor, Pamela, was super friendly and enthusiastic, giving us a personal tour of our two-room suite upon arrival and other useful advice. Located by the Piccola Marina, this location was away from the almost overwhelming crowds of tourists in Sorrento. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well appointed with really good maid service. We highly recommend this place.

Our host really made us feel welcomed and was more than helpful. Our sea and beach view was beautiful. The pantry in the room was super well-stocked, with generous portions of everything for breakfast and more. The room was thoughtfully decorated. The walk along the coast from here to bars and beach decks was just by our doorstep. Tucked away around the corner from the bars, it was also quiet at night. The best experience in B&B we ever had thanks to the efforts of our warm host.

It was magical! The view was stunning,the accommodations were beautiful, the location was convenient to everything we wanted to do and most of all the hosts were incredible! Pamela and her husband went out of their way to make our trip so special! Pamela provided delicious goodies for breakfast including yummy homemade cakes each day! She took time to share the history of the area and how the bed and breakfast is filled with treasures that represent that history! The hosts truly want each guest to have an experience of a lifetime on the beautiful Amalfi Coast and they definitely succeed over and over!

Thus was truly of the best places we have stayed in, the host made us feel so welcome. Supplied so much food for us and even cooked us beautiful cakes. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. You will not be disappointed.

unbelievable experience! The apartment was gorgeous and comfortable with every amenity we could ever wish for! We were spoiled beyond belief and  Pamela went above and beyond with any question or request, we had! Coming home from a beautiful day in Capri to freshly baked sfogliatelle and fresh strawberries, is a memory I will never forget!  beautiful view, and right on the harbor for easy access to ferries!

I also loved the location, out of the buildings of Sorrento.
People do need to be up for a walk (down steps and longer streets) to arrive at the rooms. this can be precarious at night or for those with mobility issues. The lift at the marina was under maintenance, as was much of the town, during these winter months.
Upon arrival, a driver to the location is a must.
I did not, but my friend had a bit of an issue with the bathroom being down a set of stairs. I thought it added to the feel.

I couldn't recommend Surriento Suites highly enough. Both before we arrived, on arrival and during our stay the owners couldn't have been more friendly and helpful so that we could get the most out of our short stay in Sorrento. The room was well equipped with everything we could need and was spotlessly clean with a vast selection of food provided for breakfast each day. The location was also perfect for us with amazing views and a healthy walk up to the town centre each day, though there's a lift available when carrying baggage or less able to cope with steps.

Pamela made our stay in Sorrento unforgettable. She has been extremely helpful throughout the stay! The room was renovated to a high standard and all appliances were great. We enjoyed the breakfast Pamela had organised and especially the homemade traditional cakes! Probably the best B&B we have lived in so far!

Pamela was the hostess with the mostest! I've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs but never has the hostess shared her baking! Pamela left us a surprise treat every day, each one better than the next! The place was cleaned every day, kitchen counter & table & frig packed with food. The view was gorgeous. Easy to reach from the center city. All positive compliments to this hostess! Hope to one day be back ❤

the host Pamela was so wonderful, she waited for our arrival, insisted to carry our luggage to the room which is located at 2nd floor, explained to us on where to board a cheap cruise to Capri, told us how to get to Piazza Tasso by lift, arranged the car parking for us, my wife and myself didn’t get use to the tap water there , she went to the extend to buy us the mineral water, she made cake for us upon arrival and despite staying two nights, we really enjoyed and would recommend anyone who would wanna come to Sorrento.

We were very warmly welcomed by Pamela on our arrival. It was immediately clear that she values personal service and information. She sent us detailed information on how to find her B&B, referred us to the local gym and arranged transport back to the airport...
The room was nice, big and clean. In the separate sitting area, there were more than enough supplies for breakfast in the room. We were even surprised by the large selection and were welcomed with a cake.
After reporting a small problem with the toilet, immediate action was taken: her plumber fixed it the next day in the morning. Better service is hard to find!
There were no disappointments.
