The staff was very courteous and kind.
The only negative side is the location although close to everything it was unsettling to see so many drug addicts outside the hotel.They did not bother anyone but it was concerning

Large clean hotel with good breakfast
Dreadful location, across from street sleepers and beggars which made me feel uncomfortable walking home in the evening. Not as close to downtown as we would have liked. There was no parking when we arrived and we were told that we couldn’t pre book but it seemed that some people were able to. We had to park in a grubby car park up the street overnight. Not happy.
