Great stay here from the moment we arrived. Super friendly and helpful staff and our rooms were great. Clean, comfortable and decent size. Having the kitchenette and proper fridge was really good and the balcony was a super place to start our days with a coffee or end them with a drink. Great value, breakfast was excellent.
The location is good but like most of ottawa there's a lot of building work and they started early (7am!). Not much the hotel can do though until nearby blocks are completed.

Clean, with a well-decorated welcoming feel. Well equipped little kitchen (coffee etc), and great balcony. Love that the windows open wide and allows for lots of fresh air.
The mattress was a bit tired. Saggy and overly soft. Bedding was lovely so that helped!

Location was good. Hot and cold breakfast was a nice addition.
We had a blocked toilet, so we went to reception and explained the problem saying it needed someone to come and unblock it by plunging. They brought the plunger and left it for us to do.
