Great location but apartment needs abit of TLC..

Location was spot on (although I can imagine in peak season it could be very noisy)....bed was comfy , shower was good and towels were big and good quality.....

Apartment just felt very tired.....could do with a full repaint....TV in bedroom didnt work , 2 out of the 4 toaster slots didnt work , I know its self catering but no baking trays to cook on ,very basic kitchen utensils supplied...both sofa's abit worn out....we only stayed for 2 nights so not a problem as we literally just slept in the apartment - I wouldn't have wanted to hang around in there too much as just felt abit drab and uncomfy.....

A comfortable apartment with good facilities for those that want to self-cater.

The location was good and there was a nice view from the lounge window across to the seafront. There were good kitchen facilities and the bathroom and shower were excellent. The apartment is conveniently located for local shops and restaurants and if you like Indan food the apartment is above an excellent Indian restaurant.

The fold up bed has passed its sell by date and could really do with a new mattress. It would be OK for a child but not an adult, particularly a heavy one. The lounge settee has a lot of marks on the cushions so that could also be replaced and if these two items were addressed then the apartment would be even better than it is.

Disappointing

Location

No mention of 4 flights of stairs to climb before we had paid for the stay (with no refund available). Very difficult for my mother (81) to access apartment throughout the stay. This should be mentioned in the description. Sofas dirty and stained. We wiped the arms of one sofa with a paper towel and it was filthy. Fabric sofa looked very uninviting. Ended up sitting on towels. Would have been helpful to have washing up liquid and sponge.

the location was perfect being close to shops and the pier/beach, it meant we could get to where we wanted to be super quick it was also a bit bigger than it looked in the pictures

the leather furniture was beggining to peal off in places on thr couch and chairs which made it uncomfortable to sit on as it would scrape my legs the pots for coffees, teas and such had rhe front plastic bit all broken some lights wouldn't turn on the part that upset me the most was that it was dirty, there was dirt on the radiator and the walls and some strange white stains on the chairs, everywhere was just a bit dirty which was really upsetting I was so excited and was just disappointed unfortunately especially as I spent quite a bit of money for the apartment

Great location, good sized apartment, some equipment needs fixing.

The location was excellent! Close to the pebbled beach and all the best cafés. The city is really beautiful and a trip to The Big Orme is a must. The apartment was easy to find thanks to the information from the host. Equipped with two tv:s made it easier for the family on rainy days.

According to the information there was supposed to be a washing machine in the apartment but there wasn't. The pots and pans were also in very bad shape. The faucets in the bathroom were leaking. The sofa bed was really bumpy and wasn't big enough for two adults so one had to sleep on another sofa (but here was only one duvet...)

Very clean, brilliant views and the best location. TV in both living room and bedroom.

The apartment was very basic, there was no hand soap in the kitchen and bathroom and no bedside lamps in the bedroom. We also had an issue with the ‘cot’ which was basically a travel cot/play pen. This was sorted on the day we arrived but I still would advise anyone with a young baby to either bring their own or make detailed enquiries into the mattress fit and the sheets.

Suitable for a couple, but not for a family.

Kitchen, bedroom and bathroom - all good.

we`ve travelled with two teenagers, which meant to share sofa bed, unfortunately sofa bed wasn`t at all suitable to sleep on it. The other sofa, was terribly dirty and stained. I`ve end up using towels to cover it. Very narrow stairs. We wont be visiting again.

Very pleasant for just a few nights

Could not fault the location , the shower was good with plenty of towels supplied

The sofa bed could have been comfier and the sitting room got very hot the fan helped but not greatly and the window catches needed attention as we needed to open as many windows as possible . The bathroom sink tap was extremely stiff.

Value for money

Lovely and spacious apartment in a great location. Beautiful crisp white linen and towels. Well equipped kitchen.

Although the location was great, the drawback is that having windows open meant we found it quite noisy because of proximity to bars, pubs etc.

Great location for exploring Llandudno.

Could have been a bit cleaner - empty wine holder! (Photo had a lovely looking bottle in! Free on street parking is a little way away from the apartment so there's an extra hilly walk to and from the car if you drive there. Be aware there's no lift - I can't remember seeing that mentioned anywhere so travel light!

the apartment was clean and spacious, everything was there to hand, I would definitely book again,

The property was well located, close to all amenities and only 2 minutes walk to the beach and pier.

we were at the very top of the building, and although it didn’t affect us massively the stairs were a challenge after a long day out, the only downside was that the main entrance to the apartment building is shared with an Indian restaurant, everyone congregated just outside the main entrance to smoke, which wasn’t very pleasant.

The location of the property was in the right area as it was right by the beach and across the road from the shops and restaurants.

Very clean, spacious, great location, good value for money. Spotless floors, spotless bathroom, bedding and towels.

It's an old building with uneven floors - not a criticism as such, but very noticeable. Décor and furniture are a little tired. Could do with a bit of love. Wouldn't have wanted to use the sofa bed. Didn't need to use the heating, but can see why other visitors would be confused on how to operate it.

Lovely spacious very central apartment and next to the beach. Easy self check in. Shops and restaurants downstairs.

Was cold. Heaters perhaps should be changed to new, more powerful ones. Would save on energy bills

Won’t be staying again. Worst nights sleep!

The apartment was a good size and in a great location as it was in the town centre.

The sofa bed is the worst thing I’ve ever slept on it’s so uncomfortable and needs throwing in the bin not to mention how dirty it is (the floor has stains/pillows covered in what looks like food stains) I pulled the cushions of the sofa to view which one was the sofa bed… DISGUSTING! This apartment needs a thorough clean it seems it’s had a minimum clean and you can tell. Even the “clean sheets” had small hairs on. My children’s socks were black from the floor in the apartment, I feel it didn’t even serve the bare minimum in being clean. New sofa bed and a proper clean and this would have been a different review!

The kitchen was lovely. Floors were clean. and fresh bedding and towels provided. Great location and easy to use codes/keys.

Stains on the sofa and on the cushion covers. The sofa bed was not comfortable. I think it has seen better days. Even with heaters, the living room(where the sofa bed is) was still cold.
