The only complaint is the croissants at breakfast were extremely poor and the puddings did not live up to the exceptional main dinner courses

Very nice hotel in the heart of Llandudno. We enjoyed our dinner and breakfast. The room was very comfortable with a great view of the Great Orme. Staff were hardworking, friendly and helpful.

The property was warm and comfortable. It could do with a bit of tlc in some areas but this didn’t distract from our enjoyment. We have been told that a refurbishment is planned for January. We. Will definitely go back to see the changes.

The location in Llandudno is excellent
The hotel is not worth the price.
It is very tired. Thread bare carpets. Dirty discoloured grouting and sealants on the bathroom.
Dull rooms. Very poor breakfast
