My husband & I stayed from 07/09/26 for 2 nights. What a lovely place! Tom & David are so friendly & helpful, and a great sense of humour. We had room 11 on the top floor with a sea view. So clean & well equipped. It was so nice to sit on the chair in the room facing the sea and watching the world go by on the prom!
Breakfast was excellent & well organised. You order the night before and everything is ready on your allocated breakfast table for you in the morning.
Good parking on the prom outside, and free from 1600 to 1000. Use the Pay by Phone app to pay in-between (location 804461) or at the meter.
The location is amazing on the prom, and close to the main shopping facilities too.
As a guest, you can have 50% off a trip on the little road train which goes around the Orme - they own this too. That's a lovely trip!
A really great stay, and highly recommend!

Clean spacious modern room. Good size spotless bathroom with a great powerful shower. Cameras at every level for security. Mini bar was an absolute bonus, nice to have and hope no one abuses it! Dining room for take outs etc and a lovely lounge area if you wanted a break from the room. David and Claire fabulous hosts, very professional and everything pretty much covered for their guests. Tasty breakfast with quality ingredients cooked to order and delivered nice and hot. Great location, 5 minute brisk walk to town. Key coded entry so no losing your key a great idea and there will be hand held steamers in the rooms on our next visit.
Lots of stairs to No.11 but keeps you fit!

First floor front bay window room was large enough and had a great view of the bay. Honesty box arrangement for snacks and drinks available if required. OK to bring back takeaway food to eat in breakfast room.
We were woken on two consecutive nights by false fire alarms which went on long enough to get dressed but not evacuate the building. From a comment made my the manager, it had happened before.
