Lovely Time in Llandudno

The Promenad is in a great location in Llandudno. It was within walking distance of many of the local shops, restaurants, transit stations and was seaside. The staff were very welcoming from the moment we walked in. They helped us with getting to our room, recommendations around town, served a terrific made to order breakfast and genuinely asked us about our day every time they saw us.

The room got a bit stuffy as there weren’t windows to open. However the staff suggested to open the patio door as a way to cool down. It worked out great!

Excellent stay!

Really friendly welcome and the B&B was right on the Promedade. It was a beautiful setting. Comfortable room and spotlessly clean.

Shower was a bit of a tight space.

A comfortable stay in a well sited hotel with friendly highly competent owners.

The hotel is very well sited in Llandudno. Claire and David are welcoming and are genuinely interested in their guests. They maintain up to date knowledge about Llandudno and the surrounding area and attractions. The hotel is secure, clean and comfortable. Accommodation and storage is large and plentiful, respectively and there is a very good choice at breakfast. With many hotels in the town to choose from, the Promenade is a well considered choice.

Disappointed

The location was great - we had a sea view which was lovely. The man who worked there was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was also very nice.

The Wi-fi was an issue. It was not there for a while and then was intermittent. I was frustrated with this as I couldn’t get a reception anyway and was unable to check my work emails. The lady working there was rude to me when I complained. She later apologised but it ruined the experience for me. The shower was either cold or scorching hot so I didn’t have one on the last day. The toilet wasn’t very good and took about an hour to refill which wasn’t good.

David and Claire were excellent hosts and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Breakfast was superb. Hotel and room very good and would stay again.

Superb

Very welcoming hosts. Rooms and Bathroom exceptionally clean. BRILLIANT instant hot shower. The window blind was great as it gave privacy whilst still being able to see the sea view. Service and quality of food at breakfast was superb, especially enjoyed the fruit pots and the "Harlech" sausages. Can't wait to book my next stay.

Suggestions: Dressing table area could do with a large mirror that you can light up for doing make-up and hair. I know pillows are a personal preference but the offer of a soft feather pillow would have been lovely as mine were all quite "solid".

We was welcomed personally by the owners clair and dave who took us strait to our room to relax whilst explaining the brecky times... All in all it was a brilliant weekend.... Thanks guys hope to see you again real soon 😊👍

Right on the prom and convenient for the town centre . easy to find and parking on the prom free after 4.00pm Toiletries a nice touch in the bathroom. Shower was good size and water was hot. It was so quiet although every room was booked we heard no noise at all from the other guests. Breakfast was really good (pre order the night before)and prompt and attentive service.

everything was perfect. we will be back.

Not value for money.

Great location. Reasonable breakfast. Nice staff.

The room could be better cleaned (lots of dust). Very weak Wi-Fi in my floor, most of the time not working. Very small window. Too expensive for what is offered. Not value for money.

Personal and comfortable

Friendly owners, comfortable room with beautiful views of the sea. Spacious if it hadn't been for the baby cot that they provided for us, so a couple without child would have plenty of space. Superb breakfast.

A little expensive for a bed and breakfast, not it seemed to be the common rates in the area. Only stairs, quite narrow, but we got help with the luggage which was great.
