The staff were really helpful
I had to go looking for aids for my 92 year old mum, I felt that really some aids should have been already in the room, due to the other guests average ages.

The staff were good, especially Richard you welcomed me. The location is great for Llandudno. Parking was good - 100m behind the hotel. Breakfast was good.
My room was a little cramped and too much furniture.
