Location very good. Spotlessly clean
Reception staff were particularly unpleasant. Although questions were answered they made you feel you were interrupting and inconvenient

Relaxed and comforyable short break with good food. Great to unwind and enjoy Llandudno, without hassle.
There is a service charge on everything including check out. Obviously, it is discressionary but I believe was off putting for some guests. I paid fee for all meals, but do you really need it at check out as well?

Breakfast was excellent,room good dinner good but a bit expensive.
Area by swimming pool was filthy, obviously a work area but should be behind closed doors not on view when walking to pool.

The staff at the Imperial were very friendly and helpful.
The self service breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice.
The hotel itself is in a superb location on the promenade
The hotel was rather dated and in need of a face-lift
The rooms are not air-conditioned and the heat was unbearable during
the recent heat wave as we were on the 5th floor. Also no fridge in the room
