The parking at the rear of the hotel was easy and free. Easy to park.
The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice to suit all tastes.
The room was attended each day. Was clean and tidy.
Those stairs!

The room was very clean, great little bathroom quite modern, Colin and Sandra couldn't do enough for us made us feel very welcome gave us plenty 9f tea bags and biscuits for the room, even offered us cake. The breakfast was very good they used top quality meat, loafs of choice, great view eating breakfast at the bay window looking at the sea and Victorian pier and Great Orm. Wanted for nothing, even had free Car Parking right outside.
Would of preferred a front bedroom but we booked late, so they where all booked but the rear view was good enough, more of a preference.
