The B&B was just outside the main town of Llandudno, perched on the hill with fantastic views of the surrounding area. John told us about a path up to a viewing point behind the property from where the view was stunning - many photos taken from that point.
It is within easy walking distance of the town, water front, and the pier. Even though John offered to drive us into town, we chose to walk, and even managed to make it up the final hill after a big dinner in town and a few pints to boot. Plenty of restaurants and shops along the water front, as well as the next two streets back.
The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.
Wendy and John were very friendly and full of information about the immediate and surrounding areas. The breakfasts were fantastic and John makes incredible scrambled eggs.
Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay, friendly and considerate hosts, and plenty to do in the town.
There wasn’t anything to complain about here.

Wendy and John are so hospitable and lovely people. The breakfast is better than most Cafes, you feel right at home and it’s such a lovely setup (good playlist too!). The food recommendations were also top tier!

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed in, mainly because of the hosts. They are truly de most helpful and kind people, they did everything for our comfort! We recommend staying here if you would like to have a calm and clean place with great company.
