***We fully clean and disinfect the house between each stay.*** Welcome to Sedona! The Windmere House combines luxury, privacy, and stunning views. This single story 3900 sqft luxurious house has a BRAND NEW backyard featuring a heated salt water swimming pool (pool heating available for additional fee), new landscaping, spa, firepit with built in bench, BBQ grill, stunning red rock views including an impressive view of the famous Cathedral Rock. The front of the house has a outdoor fireplace with seating. The front of the house faces the famous Chapel of the holy cross and the back of the house faces the iconic Cathedral rock. Views are simply stunning. Location The Windmere House is situated in a great location just across the street from the famous Chapel of the Cross. You have views of the Mystic rocks, Cathedral Rock, and Courthouse butte. The house is located in a very quiet, private neighborhood. Away from all the hustle and bustle yet just 2.5 miles from Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village and 2 miles from Elote Cafe. Living Room Enjoy stunning views from the living area! The house features a spacious open floor plan with views all around. The living room has a 65” 4k smart TV . There is also a gas fireplace. Dining Area The dining area is open to the living room and kitchen. Our dining table sits 10 people. Kitchen Our large kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is loaded with kitchenware. Also, great views from the kitchen. You have a perfect view of the Cathedral Rock in front of the sink. The kitchen has a 4 slice toaster, blender, microwave oven, coffee makers, a fully stocked pantry, salad bowls, wine glasses, cheese grater, electric water kettle, magic bullet, and much more. Bedroom and Bathrooms All bedrooms have Nest Bedding Alexander Signature Beds, 3 Cal Kings and 2 Queen size. We use top quality bedding.. Each bedroom has a 4k smart tv with all the channels.. Top quality towels are provided in each bathroom. Our bathrooms come with shampoo, conditioner, soap, All bathrooms come with shampoo, conditioner, and bath wash. Pool and hot tub: We provide plenty of pool toys, floaties, and life vests for the whole family to enjoy. The pool is salt water. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We will only book to those who respect the neighborhood and neighbors. *Absolutely no parties. *No wedding receptions, parties, or large gatherings. *No tour buses, RVs, trailers, or commercial vehicles. Great house for your family. We spent most of our time in the living room/dining room area just hanging out ... but made sure to end every night in the hot tub. Great kitchen, spacious bedrooms, beautiful house.

The house was on a quiet street in a cute neighborhood, but still close to all the highlights Sedona has to offer. The views from the front and back of the property were beautiful, and we were even lucky to be there when it snowed. The house was very comfortable and had plenty of room for our party of 6. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and fire pit in the back. The property manager was always very responsive and helpful. It was also great that the house had a highchair, stroller, and crib for our daughter. There were a few little things that could be fixed which we communicated to the property manager, but overall, we really enjoyed the property and had a great time in Sedona.

Jackie's and Sam's house is really lovely. The views are breathtaking, and the location is pretty perfect--in particular, it's well situated to avoid some of the crushing traffic at the city center if you want to. And the property is really great. Spacious rooms, lots of quality in the build and the fixtures, and the outdoor space is fabulous, including the really excellent pool.
Jackie and Sam were really responsive in our initial check-in, and made sure we were well situated with the pool temperature (we stayed over the Chirstimas / New Year break).
However, early on in our stay, it became clear that the dishwasher was visibly broken (broken components and not clean dishes), and we told Jackie and Sam and we received no response whatsoever until our departure. We're capable of handwashing dishes, but it's a significant amount of work relative to having a dishwasher. Certainly appliances break, and replacing one at short notice over the holiday break is close to impossible. But we didn't even receive an apology or any effort to compensate us, which was disappointing.

This is a beautiful property close (but not too close) to the downtown Sedona area. The views are amazing and the house is fully equipped. Property owners are great to work with. Highly recommend.

Perfectly laid out home for adult friends and grown children. Multiple outdoor sitting areas so there is always sun and shade options. The pool/hot tub were perfect temps. Kitchen was well stocked for easy meal prep. We would definitely stay here again when in Sedona!

My family of four really loved this house. It is beautiful inside and out, the views are stunning from both the front and rear yards, and it is right in the center of everything. Highly recommend!

This is a an absolutely beautiful home with million dollar views and the owners couldn’t have been more helpful. The home was very clean, spacious, updated, and comfortable. We just loved Sedona and loved this home. Hope to be back soon and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!

The outdoor space was great! We spent a lot of time outside. Kitchen was big and allowed for multiple people to be in there at the same time. Master bedroom was very large with a fabulous view. We had 4 couples there and all had enough space. Not too far from shopping. Quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our time in Sedona!

We had a small group of friends for 4 nights. The location was absolutely perfect- close to great hikes and a 10min ride to everything we needed. The house itself is stunning and perfectly appointed with everything we needed and more. Super comfortable bedrooms and beds and outdoor pool and hot tub which we used daily. Would definitely return. Loved!

House was in a great location for hiking, shopping, and restaurants. It was a well stocked house, wonderful pool/spa, and great views. Attention to some details like the broken water feature out front that had stagnant water, outdoor lighting, dirty barbecue grill, and fixing the unstable dishwasher would have made it excellent

This house is situated with a view of Cathedral Rocks out back and other beautiful red rocks out front. The back has a great pool/hot tub and front has a nice sitting area. Very convenient to Sedona dining and shopping.

Awesome place to stay
This is an expansive house suitable for a large group, modern in design and with amenities to spare. Our first day was extremely hot, but the pool was the perfect counter. The kitchen was great, well stocked with all the tools to prepare wonderful meals. There were quite a few options for preparing a perfect cup of coffee. The outdoor grill, hot tub, and the numerous areas for gathering made this place a joy for our group. We were surprised and thankful for the many unexpected children's items, such as strollers, high chair, and infant walker. All came in handy for our youngest guests. And I should never forget to mention the wonderful views from both sides of the house, captured beautifully by the expansive windows. The master suite was perfect!

This home was perfect for our family vacation. We especially enjoyed morning coffee by the outdoor fireplace in the front of the property. We also enjoyed lounging and floating in the pool. The kitchen was well supplied and was used to prepare many meals.

This is a lovely home, just as shown in the pictures. The setting is spectacular with stunning red rock views, especially in the morning and late afternoon sun. The spa and heated pool were excellent in early February. Quiet neighborhood convenient to anything you need and close to many trailheads. Kitchen is very well-equipped including coffee, tea, spices, cooking oils, cleaning material, etc. Owner was super-responsive. Highly recommend!

This home was perfect for 3 couples. It had everything we needed and was a great location to base out of as we explored the area. The views from this house are spectacular and we had hiking trails near by. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend.

A gorgeous house in a quiet neighborhood with stunning views and every amenity you could ask for! So close to town but far enough for tranquility at the end of the day. Perfect base for day trips to Grand Canyon, Jerome, etc.

Comfortable house for large family many kids, all conveniences and fun pool/spa, beds and bathrooms, very private back yard. Was better than getting 2-3 rooms in hotel. Some windows with black out shades some without, was little annoying having 1 window in room with and then 1 without. No throw blankets on sofa would have liked. But all other conveniences there.

Our stay in Sedona was perfect. We had 7 women, there was plenty of room for all. It’s convenient to town, restaurants and attractions. The kitchen was great and complete with all non refrigerated condiments which is a big deal to me. Our host was very informative and quick to respond. Waking up to the stunning views and going to sleep under millions of stars is hard to beat! Perfect house!,

the property is in a lovely quiet neighborhood which we liked. The property outside had changed color from the images shown on web, the pictures on the web made it look immaculate inside but it did fall short somewhat. stains on carpet, missing cabinetry hardware, not enough dinnerware for 9 people, only 2 tea towels provided, would like to have seen more spare bath towels, when you have that many guests, we washed more than we would normally. the front door handle came off in our hands, we tried to put it back on not very successful. There seemed to be not enough remote controls for the tvs, an explanation would have been nice also. It would have been helpful to have menus from some restaurants available. The outside area was very nice, there was an issue with the hot tub, but the owners addressed it very quickly. It still did not work as the pictures on the web showed. All in all none of this stopped us from having a wonderful time, the home just needs some TLC for the price we paid for a week we expected no issues. I hope this information helps the owner address this, because really it is a lovely home.

the property is in a lovely quiet neighborhood which we liked.
