This is truly a resort quality property!! we booked for a corporate retreat, and had the time of our lives! Plenty of room for strategizing sessions, and small, working groups, but the perfect base to come together as a team for meals and recreation. Home was well equipped with all of the amenities, and accommodation you could ever need. The pool and hot tub were well and relaxing, and the privacy and scenery was breathtaking. We stayed at this home for a family vacation with our adult children, total of 7 people. The home is in excellent condition, spacious, clean, plenty of amenities. House is well stocked with supplies (I.e. laundry supplies, paper products, spices) It is walking distance to Cathedral Rock and Chapel of the Holy Cross. Neighborhood is quiet. Excellent for a relaxing vacation where you can enjoy spectacular views from both the front and back of the home.Host communication is excellent. We had zero issues, would stay here again.

Not exactly “luxury”, we come to Sedona every year and have had much better places at this price point. Read reviews!! We spent hours cleaning the filthy pool before it felt comfortable for the kids and a number of furniture pieces, indoors and out, were hilariously bad; broken, torn, etc. This was the number one complaint in the guestbook. Kitchen was very disappointing. Many of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty and the dishwasher didn’t work well at all. We rewashed everything before we used it. There were not enough glasses for everyone to have one of the same size and there were hardly enough kitchen accessories to cook a decent meal; not even a large pot to boil pasta! Shower fixtures in the master spray more water on the ceiling than the basin and the toilet screams like a banshee when the tank refills. In the end we chalked it up and laughed about because it was an experience, just a 1000/night experience!
