Sink into this comfortable home where there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out! Gaze out at the mountains from the living room and every bedroom. Central air conditioning will help keep everyone comfortable during your stay. Enjoy a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island that doubles as a breakfast bar. Relax in the shade on the furnished patio after a day of adventures, then grill up a delicious dinner on the private gas grill. The private washer/dryer will help keep everything in order so you don't have to wear your dusty clothes to your next adventure. This home is set a brand new development in Moab, where you can enjoy shared amenities that include an outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub! What's nearby: This condo is located just over one mile northwest of downtown Moab and less than five miles from the entrance to Arches National Park. If you want to make a day of your national park explorations, you'll also be just 30 miles northeast of Canyonlands. Closer to home are such wonderful attractions as the Moab Aquatic Center, Swanny City Park, and Raven's Rim Zip Line Adventure (all within one mile!), as well as plenty of great restaurants, grocery stores, and recreational outfitters. Things to know: Free WiFi and cable Full kitchen A vehicle is highly recommended as there is no public transit. Two car garage (additional parking is first come, first serve). Please note that the swimming pool is seasonal and only open and available for use from mid-April through the end of October (weather permitting). Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We’ve been coming to Moab for about 15 years and this place was the best. It was incredible spacious and super clean. We had 9 people in the house (6 adults and 3 kids) and it never felt crowded. The pool was cold which is exactly what you want in the Moab summer. This will be our place each time we come to Moab from now on.

One of our favorite VRBOs ever. Close to town. Clean, relaxing, quiet. Appreciated all the amenities. Comfortable beds, lots of towels, well stocked kitchen. All around great experience.

This was a very well set up unit for my family and I. We came out to enjoy the outdoor activities of Moab, and this unit provided the perfect retreat point at the end of everyday adventuring. This is a very well located, quiet, clean and updated unit.

We’ll appointed unit. Perfect for six of us. Comfortable beds and great kitchen. Convenient for the Natl parks. Really enjoyed our stay. Quick suggestion: more hooks or towel racks in the bathrooms. No Kleenexes and no full length mirror! All other amenities and supplies were perfect!

This is the perfect spot for those who want to be close to town and to the parks! Short drive to both, and a great view of the canyons. The home was clean and had just about everything we needed to cook at home. The pool was also great! Check in and out was super easy and well communicated. We would definitely stay here again!

This home accommodated us and our children (ages 14-20). There was plenty of space and the home was well stocked with linens, starter supplies, a fully stocked kitchen with even a crockpot! It was clean and well maintained. Location was five minutes from downtown Moab. Would highly recommend.

We only stayed two nights as we passed through town. The condo was super easy to access and is in a great location close to town. I would highly recommend for either a short or long stay.

Wow !! This condo was very big. Place was super clean !!! Easy check in. Plenty of stuff to cook with and lots of spices. Downtown is only a 3 minute drive. Plenty of places to eat. Grocery store down the street 5 minutes away. Must go to Arches National Park which 15 minutes down the road. We also drove 4 hours to see Monument Valley and took the sunset tour via Harold Simpson Dreamcatcher tours. Ask for Jamie. This tour was so awesome and very cool. Also go to Canyon Lands which is 45 minutes from the condo. Also try the mobile coffee shop that is located in the parking lot of a jiffy store. I will stay at this place next time I come into town. TV in all the rooms. Great place for families.

We enjoyed the heated pool when we were not busy. We biked to restaurants and it was very close to the parks, especially Arches. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for our family. The A/C worked well downstairs but it was much hotter upstairs where we slept.

Loved this unit. Beautiful furniture, plenty of comfortable sleeping options. Very clean. Loved the ping pong table in the garage!

Perfect place for our group of five adults. Modern, comfortable furniture and beds, extremely clean, and a perfect location in downtown Moab. We did a jeep tour on the Sand Flats, Dead Horse Canyon State Park, Canyonland, and Arches. I highly recommend this unit!

What a great place. Large enough for six+ and great bathrooms. It was several blocks off the main road , so it was quiet. But it is also close enough for a drive to groceries or to National Parks. We would highly recommend this condo!
