Located in Surfside Beach, this lovely house for $360 per night is a great choice for your next break. Dolphin Views is an 2 bedroom one bath beach cottage right on the beach with amazing ocean views, you may even see dolphins!! Take time out of city life and sit on the deck with your favorite beverage and enjoy the views out to sea and watch for dolphins playing in the ocean. With just a few steps to the beach this home is ideal for family's and fishermen alike. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen - comfy queen bed in the main bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom and a sleep sofa in the living area. With a full bathroom including a shower. We can comfortably accommodate couples and small families. Bed linens and towels are provided. A large washer and dryer are available to use Watch the sunrise and sunsets from our large deck which looks out onto the beach and enjoy a homemade BBQ on our Old Smokey BBQ grill. Pets welcome with prior approval and paid non refundable pet fee $100 *** Surfside city water is not potable but we have a whole house filter and a reverse osmosis unit under the sink for safe drinkable/cooking water Welcome to our little bit paradise on the beach! SS Hotel tax #10134 Please Note: Max # house sleeps (occupancy) = max # of guests including day visitors allowed on the property at any time. All those guests staying at the property must be on the resrervation. No Third Party bookings; the person booking need to be staying for the duration of the stay ***** Parking is on a nearby street not under or next to the house. ****** Pack light you will need to carry your bags/food to the house over sand approx 50ft. You can also park in front of the house on the beach and unload (you’ll need to purchase a $12/ yearly beach pass. Please note the beach does get busy on holiday weekends so access maybe difficult . Please note surfside city water is not potable, we do have an under the sink reverse osmosis unit to provide drinkable water or bring you can bring own. We also have a while house filter so safe to bathe, wash teeth and dishes with. Hurricane/storm Policy - We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect you against the unexpected including Hurricane/storms and COVID and any other unforeseen circumstances, no refund will be issues outside of our cancellation policy, date changes are also not possible. Property does have a camera looking at the bottom of the stairs and a camera located under the deck at the front looking at the Beach. Both have motion detectors and record.

My wife and I booked a last minute mini vacation with our German Shepherd Bella and we had a fantastic time unwinding and getting away from the city, just relaxing. Great location on top the beach and excited to come back soon!

This was a nice little getaway for me and my kiddos. You literally can't any closer to the beach. Communication with the property manager was excellent. She even reached out to me during our trip to ensure we were enjoying our staying and had everything we needed. The hike to and from the car, for me, was a bit strenuous however I was solo with two children, if you get my drift. If you have man power or an extra adult, it'll be a walk in the park. I know my situation is a bit rare. I have no complaints and me and my kids would love to return in the future. This time I'll bring help. Lol You'll love it. ❤️

We had a great time in this lovely home. The location can not be beat!! The home is very comfortable, room for everyone and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hostess was in constant contact with us, answering all of our questions and being very helpful. We highly recommend this home, and we will be renting in again in the future!

Love staying here. This is our second time. Location is perfect. House is well stocked with items we normally have to bring with us to a Vrbo (hand soap, trash bags, dish soap, etc).

This house was perfect for our stay. It’s true beachfront. I brought my dogs and they loved hanging out on the fenced deck. The house is within walking distance to Seahorse Grill which was great for dinner one night. We will definitely stay here again.

We had the best time at Dolphin Views! The house was adorable, clean, and had everything we needed and more. We experienced low crowds on the weekday and a very busy Saturday but both were enjoyable. Would definitely visit again!

My wife and I had a great stay at the beach at Dolphin Views. The home is located right on the beach with excellent views from the deck and living room. The home was exactly as described in the listing, and was extremely clean at check in and very well furnished with everything we needed. Check-in / check-out was a breeze and we will definitely be visiting again.

Dolphin Views is as close to the ocean as you can get. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Even with the weather being cooler we loved walking on the beach, eating delicious seafood at The Red Snapper & Seahorse Bar & Grill and watching the Pelicans, seagulls and waves. This was our 2nd trip to Dolphin Views and it won’t be our last!

This was a really cute house literally on the beach. The views from the deck are stunning. It’s a busy beach however; so if you’re not looking for cars and loud music right outside your deck, I would recommend a weekday stay when there are less people at the beach. The home is walking distance to two beachfront restaurants as well.

We absolutely loved our stay. It was the perfect location. Saturdays are high traffic days on the beach but Friday was still empty enough. House stayed cool and was the perfect size. Beds were comfortable. Kat was responsive and helpful. We will be back and look forward to staying here again!

Best location on the beach within 5 minutes of walking to 2 restaurants/bars. Wonderful deck overlooking the beach/gulf of Mexico. Perfect for sunrises and people watching. Kat did an awesome job with communicating. And made sure everything was to our liking. We plan to stay here again in the future.
