Directly on the Beach, SAT TO SAT RENTAL ONLY Our winter home,. deep cleaned while there Free Wi Fi, cable TVs in every room, Barbeque area, outdoor heated pool No check in, key code will be sent to you 1 week b/4 your arrival. Air & heat. Beach chairs, beach towels, coolers , noodles, floats and toys. One of the largest condos on the beach. Balcony stretches across entire master bedroom and living room and you can see beach from master bedroom, living room. dining room and kitchen. Kitchen updated in 2021 with all new LG stove, refrig (w/icemaker), dishwasher and washer & dryer. All new mattresses. Walk in shower in master bedroom and updated 2 queen bathroom with tub/shower. New marble dining room table seats 8. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Both bathrooms have hair dryers. Condo has Heat and Air Conditioning. TRANSPORTATION: TROLLY W/ CHEAP FARE Get schedule from village , or Uber is reasonable. A 1 mile walk to Johns Pass for restaurants, shopping, tours, sailing, parisailing, scuba diving, boat rental, and more, this family-friendly condo lets you experience it all. St. Petersburg & Clearwater close. Archibald Beach Park is within 6 minute walk with eats, drinks and icecream with music on the beach

My family and I enjoyed the last week at the condo. It was nice to celebrate Christmas at the beach with my mother and my children instead of snowy Pennsylvania. Plenty of sand and pool toys for the kids, though we didn’t really need them. It was nice having beach towels there for use. The house could really use a good cleaning. It looked overall clean but there was a lot of crud between the bathroom vanities. We needed to move the nightstands out a little to get to the plug to charge phones and there was a good bit of crumbs and dirt on the floor. Same with under the recliners. I had my 11 month old crawling around and dropping her binky and that really the only reason we noticed most of it. Overall it’s a spectacular condo. The location is absolutely perfect. The owners are super nice and quick to respond. Make sure you take things like toilet paper and paper towels as there was no extra. It was nice being able to do the laundry right in the condo, especially with kids. They had a booster seat there which was a pleasant surprise and made feeding the baby a lot easier. Plenty of pots and pans to cook for the family. I would definitely love to stay there again and hope to in the future.

Check in was easy. Great accomodations right on the beach. Great neighbors. Close to restaurants and activities. Everything we needed was there. We'll be back for sure!!

The shower curtain in the guest bathroom was covered in mold. The toilet in the master bathroom would not stop running. There were no batteries in the remotes for the TV. There were no blankets to add to the beds, which only had a sheet and paper thin coverlet.
I reached out to the owner about the above items and the response was 1. She ordered a new shower curtain to be delivered from Amazon in 2 days and since I am paying “half price” for the rental, I should have no problem hanging the curtain myself. (Half price being the going rate for this area during the fall season.) 2. She contacted a plumber to come look at the toilet but I needed to be available to let him into the property. 3. Batteries were also ordered from Amazon to be delivered in 2 days (no TV until then). 4. She told me to “turn the heat up on the thermostat” if I am cold. There were no blankets to be found.
I have been visiting Madeira Beach nearly every year for the past 25 years. I have never stayed in a place that was so unprepared for guests. Instead of making the guests feel comfortable with the basic necessities, I was made to take care of property issues on my vacation.
My family made a last minute switch from a neighboring condo because we needed additional beds. We were sorry we did. We actually paid more (half price???) for an outdated condo that is ill prepared for renters.

Just that the palm trees obstruct the ocean view so we need to move to the side of the balcony to enjoy, also we noticed cockroaches in the condo which concerned us. Enjoyed the 3 bdrm 2bath condo on the beach. The pool was convenient, clean and not over crowded. Had shade and sun during most of the day at the pool. Easy parking on ground level. We kept most beach supplies in the Minivan because it was parked 20 feet from the beach. Several restaurants, bars and groceries within walking distance. 3rd floor condo could take the stairs or wait for the elevator.

We have stayed at several different locations in Las Brisas over the years. This was really nice. Well kept. We ebhoyed the nice beach chairs and extras that were provided.

Las Brisas is a great location with easy beach access. This unit is very spacious with lots of room and a nice balcony view.

It was a celebration of me finishing writing my book I've been doing for many years. We ate out all the nights except one and my sister fixed us a yummy dinner. We aren't into fish stuff but there were also many kinds of food within walking distance. There were many very tasty ice cream shops nearby, which of course we had to try. The beach was so nice. There were lounge chairs down at the beach for rent. I think they were $35 for the day (that included 2 lounge chairs which were linked together with a little place to put drinks.) We rented kayaks over near Tampa which were $30 I believe for 8 hours. We used them for a little more than 4 hours. We saw dolphins right near us and some other things swimming around. The kitchen was well equiped with everything we needed. We wished the beach chairs (the ones supplied at the condo) would have reclined back, they just sit straight up. We loved to take them down by the water and sit in the sand with our feet in the ocean. We spent most of the days just lounging around at the beach. We stayed for 7 days and didn't want to come home. We all had a great time.

This condo was perfect for our annual girl's trip! It was just a short trip from St Pete and Tampa airports. There were good restaurants right across the street and others within walking distance. We also walked to John's Pass everyday. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back again!

I had to turn around and go back home due to hurricane Ian coming ashore. I contacted the owner to reschedule and she stated she couldn’t do that. I think she should at least refund the taxes and cleaning fee. There was a mandatory evacuation where the condo is located.

Madeira Beach is fantastic. Las Brisas is directly on the beach, with gulf beach views from the balcony. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The condo is large and very well equipped.

My partner and I enjoyed a relaxing week here. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed- including beach chairs, umbrellas & beach towels. Under cover parking was nice- we kept the beach stuff in the trunk for easy access every morning. Balcony was key and sunsets were beautiful! Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The condo was right on the beach The view was amazing from our balcony. The condo was clean and all the cookware you would need. Great location with stores and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We had everything that we needed for our family vacation in one spot. Easy access to the beach, with lots of chairs, umbrellas and beach toys available to us. For those that wanted it, the pool was also available and overlooked the ocean so you could have both worlds!
The condo had a fully stocked kitchen, making meals a breezes. The bedrooms had full linens stocked and some paper goods for each bathroom and kitchen.
Within walking distance, we had grocery stores and a number of restaurants. It’s the perfect location

We had everything that we needed for our family vacation in one spot. Easy access to the beach, with lots of chairs, umbrellas and beach toys available to us. For those that wanted it, the pool was also available and overlooked the ocean so you could have both worlds!
The condo had a fully stocked kitchen, making meals a breezes. The bedrooms had full linens stocked and some paper goods for each bathroom and kitchen.
Within walking distance, we had grocery stores and a number of restaurants. It’s the perfect location

AWESOME BEACHFRONT LOCATION!!
This is the second time we've stayed in this condo and it just like last time it didn't disappoint. With three bedrooms and two baths there is plenty of room in the condo for a large family. Everything is super clean and in working order. The view is unreal. Your parking space for this condo is literally about 5 steps to the sand it is gorgeous! The condo has glass doors that cover the entire length of the living room and master suite that walk out to a beautiful view. We watched the dolphins out on the balcony almost every morning. The host are absolutely fantastic to work with. They are very prompte on sending info and quickly respond to questions. We will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it!
