Nestled in Mission Beach, this attractive house for $715 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Prime location just steps to the beach and beautiful Mission Bay!!!! You'll love the views from one of the three balconies, especially the third story, ocean view, glassed in rooftop deck. The home is ideally located a short walking distance from the restaurants, bars, and great shopping in Mission and Pacific Beach. For even larger groups consider renting our other homes (#500332 or #3583492). Discount if renting more than 2 homes. Located in the fun and unique beach-front community of Mission beach, this private 3-story home is the perfect spot for your next luxury getaway. You can't beat the location! In addition to the beaches, the home is just a 5 minute drive to Seaworld, a 10 minute drive to La Jolla/Torrey Pines, and a 15 minute drive to the downtown Gaslamp district and Convention Center. The spacious home has everything you need for your vacation: -WIFI access in every room and on the balconies. -flat screen Smart TV's -beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, 2 beach cruiser bicycles -BBQ, washer/dryer, mini-fridge on top level -Three balconies including the large ocean view, glassed in rooftop deck. -Private parking in the spacious two-car garage. -outdoor shower wash off the sand - ceiling fans and plug in fans in every room - pack in play, games, toys, books and puzzles for all ages This 3bd/3ba house will comfortably sleep 8-10 people. First Floor includes the master bedroom with Cal-King bed, private bath, Smart Flat screen TV and direct access to the patio. Second floor is spacious with complete living and visiting space. The kitchen consists of a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, pantry, and a dining table for 6-8 guests. There is a full bathroom with a tub and a living room with a comfortable couch and chair configuration, and a 65-inch flat screen TV. Doors that open to a private covered deck perfect anytime of day. There is one bedroom with a California King Bed and a bunk bed. 3rd floor includes one more bedroom with a queen bed and a queen futon and a full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The front patio has a gas barbecue for cookouts. *Note: there is no Air Conditioning. COVID cleaning practices: Self check in -check out process (digital code provided prior to arrival) Hand sanitizer and antibacterial hand soap is provided. Cleaning team wears masks and gloves. (particular attention to high touch areas) All antibacterial disinfectants and cleaners used that are also provided. All linens are washed and dryed at high heat in between guest stays Bigger groups check out our other rentals vrbo#500332 and #3583492 are on Whiting Court. This rental is located in a very quiet, high density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter families. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Make sure that you are comfortable with these polices before renting. We had a wonderful stay in this home. Enjoyed the bedrooms being on separate levels for privacy, the balcony and large upper deck with ocean views were so lovely. Great spot for morning coffee. This location was close enough for driving to tourist destinations, and an easy walk to the boardwalk for ocean and people watching. The homeowner provided a list of their favorite nearby restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed this home.

The location is excellent. The property was well-stocked with everything needed. Arrival and check-in was very easy. An excellent property overall. Owner did not respond through VRBO messaging but once provided personal cell was provided they responded.

Fantastic! 2 car garage was very convenient, since the few public parking spots near the beach are taken early. Very roomy and comfortable home, where our whole family of 9, 6 adults and 3 children enjoyed each other’s company on the 2nd floor living room and kitchen. Location is awesome, 2 minute walk to the beach, with loads of restaurants and coffee houses within walking distance. Also, having full baths in all 3 bedrooms, makes it very convenient. We all enjoyed our stay very much!

Loved this property right on the border of Mission Beach and Pacific Beach! Quiet block but steps from the beach, bars and restaurants. We had 7 adults and plenty of room to spread out. Loved the outdoor area on the top floor.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this property and like the first it didn’t disappoint. Ciara was very helpful and attentive when we needed anything. Just maybe let future guests know not to leave stuff on the patio.

We stayed in this home with our family! Great location, just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The house has everything you need and 2 sets of washer and dryers! (BONUS) The 2 bikes were great and every beach toy and chair are there for you to use. Nice and clean and comfortable. Would definintley stay here again!

We've visited San Diego several times for spring break, and never in a more convenient location. The house is steps to the beach, an easy walk to the grocery store and close to a little tourist shopping and tourist-centered businesses. With all that, it was still quiet at night, and we could sleep with the windows open to hear the ocean.
A heavy rain led to some water leaking in, but the owners responded right away to our email about that and a few maintenance issues, and they offered to address things right away or right after we left. The unit was very clean except for some mustiness on the ground floor which is maybe more about all the winter rains and not actual cleaning.

This house was the perfect place for myself, my parents & in laws for my wedding weekend! Three good sized rooms was perfect for three couples. One bed room has two bunk beds for additional guests. Location is hands down the best on PB. Close to so many great restaurants and bars. Out door seating on all three porches with ocean views on two of them. Check in and our process was exceptional. Would love to come back here again!

We had a family wedding and decided to stay in San Diego for Thanksgiving weekend. The house is just steps from the beach and close to restaurants and bars. The house met our needs. The living area is great as is the upstairs deck with a view of the ocean.

House was the 7th house from the boardwalk so was a short walk to the beach. There was a lot of space and plenty of great amenities. You can tell the owners care about a great experience for all who stay there.

The closeness to the beach was great. The rooftop sitting area is the best part of the house. The house was surface clean. The top floor bed sheets and pillows seemed to have not been changed from the last visitors. It was a hot week, which couldn’t be helped but, airing out the house before we arrived would have been much appreciated. A few fans on each floor of the house only circulated the socked-in heat. This felt like rental property and not real cared for. Sorry but this was not a quality stay. I sent a few suggestions to the owners as well that , hopefully, benefit future visitors.

Perfect Vacation
Family Vacation 2022 was the perfect escape from the Arizona heat. Week was spent at the beach or walking around to various shops and restaurants, all within walking distance from the house. The house was spacious enough for 4 adults and 6 kids to exist comfortably! We enjoyed playing games on the downstairs patio and even experienced a proposal on the rooftop! Host was attentive to communication. Would stay again and recommend to anyone!

Gem close to the beach
I take my family to Mission Beach every Memory Day weekend. We have stayed in many great places near the boardwalk and this was no exception. The rooms were all great and gave each group a place to rest and relax. The 2 giant patios are amazing including the top which has great views. Ciara was amazing as well as she was able to help up with a few issues in a very timely manner. I'd suggest this as a great place to stay and will try to stay again myself.

Stayed here with extended family for a few nights ans there was room enough for everyone. Views from the top balcony were fantastic and garage was big enough to fit a Tahoe. Great spot, would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Home!
The house is amazing. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own "quiet space" as needed, but also large enough common area to all be together. Super clean and the hosts covered off anything you could possibly need for your stay.
The location can not be beat - maybe 40 steps to the beach!! Plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, grocery, etc all within walking distance. Was an amazing base for our vacation to San Diego and will certainly book again when we come back

After two delays because of Covid, our family finally got together. Little two year old cousins who had never met got to scream and be wild with each other. There were three families sharing the house so having a floor for each family was perfect and then the addition of three bathrooms made for easy living. There is so much for all age groups to do, we spent time at The Plunge, Belmont Park, the beach, Lego Land, and the San Diego Zoo, There are very strict regulations about noise within the community so if you are going to this house to party it may be a problem. The houses are very close, so noise is an issue but we were pretty boring and in bed by 9.. The garage was able to fit two Dodge Caravan type vehicles but it was really tight and took a bit of help getting them both in. The beds were comfy. There were sand toys for the kids, SUP, i think there was a surf board there, and two older bikes which we never used. Could have used a few more coffee cups and silverware but otherwise the kitchen was well stocked. Had one request in for Cliera and she responded very quickly and pleasantly. We had a great time!

Great October getaway!
Thanks to Ciara and Barry for a relaxing and fun time in Mission Beach! The property is ideally located - 20 minute walk to Belmont Park (the amusement park, NOT the race track), and less than a 10 minute walk from great breakfast, coffee, groceries, and restaurants! The ocean view from each patio (there is one on every floor!!!!!) was lovely and the 2 car garage is a wonderful bonus as parking on the street in Mission Beach is awful!

Our group of 8 had an amazing stay. First off, we have been vacationing in mission beach for the last 20 years and Ciara and Barry are by far the best hosts we’ve had. They do a great job of stocking the house from beach gear to inside necessities. We ran out of propane and they came back with two tanks within 20 minutes. The house was spacious and clean with multiple areas for our group to all be at once. The rooftop patio is very comfortable and gives a great view of the ocean. On top of that the location is great with plenty of food options within walking distance. I will absolutely be considering renting this house again next year.

This was a beautiful large property for our family. It accommodated 11 of us! The owners were always available and helpful. We found this to be a desirable place on Mission beach away from the crowds to our north and south on the beach. Since they no longer allow alchohol on the beaches it is more family friendly than in past years.
We hope we can return on our next trip down!
