Bad stay! Not at all worth the money.

Good parking and space

We had booked the facility a month ago and we got a villa with no functioning ac . We had to complain for almost 3 to 4 hours and finally had to change the villa…. They have a ridiculous check in at 2pm and check out at 12, which we followed but still gave us a veey bad experience. They collected the money the entire amount in the beginning and then they didnt care about our issues at all. Ridiculous service

Food, location was all great, room and luxury quotient were great

only draw back was the swimming pool was not operational and also the other water bodies in the lobby were dry.

Divine tour

Close to airport, away from the city hustle-bustle. Hotel staff is helpful. Try the South Indian meals at the restaurant for lunch, quite tasty. I had a packed itinerary to visit temples on my wishlist. I got good support from Mr Murli (manager), Mr Anbarasan (travel desk) and Mr Mani (Driver/Guide). Mani has a deep knowledge of temples in trichy and nearby areas such as Tanjavur, Chidambaram, Madurai, Kumbakonam etc. He knows the speciality of each temple, routes, timings. By his careful planning, I could cover far more than what I originally intended. Truly a divine and memorable tour for me.

1. The bathroom marble flooring can get slippery, specially the shower area. So if you have elders or small kids in your group then please ask for an anti slip bath mat. They provide it on request. 2. Light air fresheners or natural fragrance in the room corridors/hallways would be a pleasant bonus.

worst staff at SRM.

location of property

the staff right from the security at the gate till the manager have lots of arrogance and attitude in treating and talking to the guest. worst experience ever in a star hotel. would never recommend anyone to book this. the pictures uploaded are all old pictures. but due to the worst and ill mannered behaviour of the hotel staff i would never recommend it to anyone. they falsely charge you for not using anything at the mini bar and still argue and harass you at the reception.

I enjoyed, felt comfortable, safe and valued.

The friendly staff was always ready to help and guide me. Not talking about the room services, the food arrives after I forget I ordered. The buffet was awesome, and delicious, and had perfect Indian food.

The room service, and a bit of pleasantness when they came with the food.

Overnight Stay in Trichy Noisy Hotel

Hotel is very near Airport. Good restaurant, good food, with friendly serving staff. Slow internet, but ok for normal email browsing. Housekeeping staff nice but not responsive to requests. Check out staff friendly and helpful.

We were checked in a room with a massive background noise, coming from the over the roof Air Conditioning plant. We were moved to another room, but an hour later, the plant above that room was also switched on, thus a similar loud noise. We needed a good rest as we were having an early morning flight to connect to a long international flight home. After many complaints, and interaction with Front Dest staff and Supervisors, nothing was done, not even a compensation. We had a bad night, with broken sleep sessions. Also, our bed and pillows were to Indian standards, hard mattress, and stiff pillows, thus adding to the sleep agony. Average hotel, but not good to acquire good rest before early morning international flight.
