About this condo rental
Situated in Long Beach, this charming condo for $249 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Book your Spring Break or Summer vacation now while their are still bookings left! Come stay at our completely remodeled Twin Palms Penthouse Condo! While the condo had just been extensively updated in 2019, in early 2021 we began a complete wall-to-wall remodel of the unit! Between the update in 2019 and the remodel in 2021, not a single square inch of the condo remains untouched! This easily makes it one of the nicest, most updated condos on Panama City Beach! Everything has been replaced or updated to include new lighting and electrical, freshly repainted walls, brand new cabinets and door hardware, brand new countertops, new completely remodeled bathrooms, new tub/showers, all new flooring, all new indoor and outdoor furniture, new plumbing fixtures, all new appliances, new 4K TV's in all rooms, new closet doors, new wall hangings and artwork, new draperies, all new kitchenware, and the list goes on. No detail was overlooked down to even the new shiplap entryway! We took extensive care with our choice of every piece of furniture, artwork, and light fixtures to share with you our Beach Mid-Century Modern design vision! Property Amenities: Our Spacious 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath Penthouse, on the 22nd floor, features stunning views of the Gulf from the massive balcony that spans the entire width of the condo with access from both the Living Area and the Master Bedroom. Since our unit is a west-corner penthouse it even offers stunning gulf/city/sunset views from the side window in the front bedroom as well. Twin Palms is a smaller tower that only includes a little over 100 units with only 5 units per floor. This allows the building to be generally very cozy and quiet and 2201 is an end unit with very little foot traffic. Relax by the beautiful spacious pool, the outdoor hot tub, or the indoor hot tub during the winter months. The pool deck is beautifully landscaped and offers plenty of seating and direct access to the beach boardwalk. From the beach it's a short walk to either Pineapple Willy's for a quick bite or even the M.B. Miller Pier. Twin Palms is also close to many other activities including Shipwreck Island Water Park, Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum, and Wonderworks. There are many fantastic bars and restaurants within walking or driving distance. We are also just 5 miles away from Pier Park, a huge outdoor shopping mall with tons of fun things to do including the Giant Panama City SkyWheel (Ferris Wheel)! Condo Amenities: Each bedroom has been beautifully redone with our beach mid-century flair from the meticulously chosen furniture to the splashes of color in the new artwork. They both include King-Sized Beds and plenty of storage space in the closets and dressers. Both bedrooms also feature new 55" 4K TV's in addition to the new 65" 4K TV in the living room. All TV's have cable access in addition to enabled smart features including built-in Chromecasts. This will give you access to anything you could want to cast from your smartphone including Netflix, Amazon Prime, or even YouTube for those nights you just want to stay in and watch a movie! This is all achieved over the free High-Speed Wireless access included with your rental. We have a brand new mid-century modern couch and loveseat in the living room and there is plenty of space for the queen air mattress located in the front bathroom closet. The condo with the air mattress can easily sleep six adults or kids comfortably, but is definitely tailored more towards a small family or two couples. Each bedroom includes it's own full bathroom which has been appropriately updated to match the decor with all new hardware and fixtures! The Dining Room features seating for six to include a breakfast bar that has seating for four. The Kitchen comes fully equipped with new appliances and all new kitchenware! This includes a new 12-cup Cuisinart Drip Coffee Maker, Ninja Blender, Toaster, and full set of Cookware. The condo is equipped with a washer/dryer to include an iron and ironing board for all your laundry needs. We stayed in THE BEST oceanfront & beach property from VRBO. It was located on the top floor (22nd) & was an end unit. The condo was VERY clean w/ modern update furniture, kitchen and amenities.
The check-in/out process was extremely easy! We had our own parking space on the 3rd floor that was clearly marked, easy to locate and right next to the elevators.
The condo seemed very packed and had 3 elevators that worked extremely well.
The property is conveniently located on the main strip. The traffic was very minimal, not very noisy but comforting that the PCB police constantly patrolled the streets and areas.
I would HIGHLY recommend this property as we’ve saved it for our next future stay to Panama City!

This rental is absolutely amazing, the view is astonishing! Beds were comfy, condo was exceptionally clean, full kitchen with everyday kitchen appliances . And it even has a mini wine refrigerator! The views from the living area & master bed room was priceless. My family and i loved it, and there was also a big selection of books to read, my daughters loved the hot tub, but my wife & I loved the beach more. We’ll definitely be back in the summer.

We loved our visit to Panama City beach and our stay at this beautiful property. Pride of ownership was definitely evident throughout this unit. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean and the furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies we needed for cooking our meals and taking care of our daily needs. The view of the ocean from the condo was what drew us to this unit. We are very happy that it did. We enjoyed daily walks on the beach and many afternoons reading on the lovely balcony listening to the waves. Although we had absolutely no issues at all, communication with the host was always quick. Thanks Giona for allowing us access to your wonderful condo so that we could explore the Panama beach area. We look forward to coming back to this area again someday.

This condo was amazing! Beautifully decorated and spacious. Very clean. Parking was a breeze and we never had to wait for the elevator. The only downside was no indoor pool but the indoor hot tub is huge and my son was able to "swim" in it. I highly recommend staying here!

This condo was decorated so beautiful and very clean. The location was amazingly close to everything and parking was great. Also loved being able to go straight out to the beach and there was no stairs and my wagon rolled smoothly on out. Highly recommend this place.

Friends Vacation
This was one of the cleanist properties we have stayed at. The owners were easy to stay in touch with before our trip and gave very detailed information about the condo. The pictures don't even do it justice. The decore is beautiful! Definetly will stay at this condo next go around.

We loved our trip to PCB. Location was great. We had a few mishaps during check in but property manager was quick to get issues resolved. Condo was clean and newly updated overall we enjoyed our stay. Hopefully we'll be back in the years to come!

Amazing view and decor
This property was recently renovated and it is truly pleasing to the eye. The owners chose quality furniture and high tech conveniences such as remote controlled fans and lights. TVs are great for the family and come with Netflix loaded and coded in already. Great treat. The assigned parking was great. Located directly across from the elevator. Small property and never had to wait for the elevator. Security was visible as well. Check in was a breeze with all codes sent the day before. Can’t say enough about the decor choices. Deep kitchen sinks, functional and beautiful fixtures, quartz counters in baths and kitchen, etc. to name a few. Super comfy. There are a couple of issues to share. The outdoor furniture seemed left behind or an after thought. There were stains on the pillows outside and the metal was rusting on the metal seats. I was totally looking forward to eating and sun bathing out there but it was not comfortable enough for that. It was totally different than the inside. Also, there was a strange request for the bedding. The quilt was said to be cleaned for each guest. However, they didn’t want you to actually use it to sleep under. The request was to put the quilts up in closet to stay during trip and use the flimsy white quilt and sheets left on the bed for your stay. That was not feasible. The heavier quilts, that were laundered for each guests, should not be expected to be in closet the entire trip. The white thin quilt underneath didn’t even cover the entire bed. This was just a strange request to us. I would say overall there is no reason to not choose this location. Way more positives than any negatives. Decent price, convenient, and decorated amazingly. You will not regret this space for sure.

My family loved the convenience, comfort, and decor of this unit. Having a master bedroom with access to the balcony was especially nice! The unit was spotless when we arrived and had all the needed necessities for our stay. The owner responded to all our questions immediately. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to PCB.

Excellent Stay, Excellent Rental!
We had an excellent visit and beautiful weather for the duration of the stay. The rental is more than furnished and you couldn't ask for a better location to groceries, food and entertainment. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet storage. The beds were very comfortable but you may want to bring your favorite pillow. Giona was very helpful over the phone with our check-in question. The property is more than secure with access controls from the street as well as the beach. Overall, I would absolutely not hesitate to visit this rental again in the future. Thank you so much for a great place to spend vacation!

Beautiful views from balcony even though it stormed heavily most of the time we were there. Wouls stay again but with a more flexible check in time bc we had very rough day when we first got there.
