Amazing staff, beautiful resort & clean.
The bed was horrible, went to the front office and got within 5 minutes a topper. Did not help much but they did the best they could do.

It was so beautiful , pictures / videos don’t do the place any justice. We loved everything especially the warm kids pool
Just the communication on arrival. Oasis bar was closed and that was one of the main locations which meant no ice cream during the day for my daughter.

Location was excellent
For a 5 star hotel u can’t borrow a basketball, u have to pay 1 euro to weigh ur suitcase, the guest experience was disappointing as they didn’t accommodate me and my wife to experience Nami on her birthday, the word “all inclusive “ is misleading . The toilet got flooded the 1st time my wife had a shower. The hallway smells of sewage every morning when we wake up. There’s a few more I want to say but I hope you get my point.
