Pool and facilities were great.
Room, although a little dated and worn it was comfortable and spacious.
- Breakfast was chaotic. The service was messy and slow, the food was luke warm and didn't taste very fresh.
- Bed was a little uncomfortable, with a join down the centre.
- Extra payment for the spa facilities, padel/tennis courts and Bali beds seems a little off when you're already paying for the premium red level experience.
- Would expect complimentary drink service or bar by the red-level pool rather than having to walk down stairs to the dining area for the this.

Complimentary drinks and tapas, great view of the sea, spotlessly clean and very friendly, helpful staff
Despite stating our early arrival time of midday, we still had to wait until after 3pm to get into our room. In a 5* establishment I would have thought that housekeeping could have been asked to prioritise our room as we were already there and it doesn’t take 3 hours to prepare a room.

The large pool
The red level is a scam, literally, except for breakfast, you don't have any exclusivity for adults. Restaurants are very average, too.
