Exceptional team of professionals, very friendly, kind, polite. We got what we needed fast every time
Nice authentic rooms in AX Palazzo Capua which really make you feel like you live in a palace. Quite and exclusive with exceptional big terrace.
Very nice roof pool, Great kitchen (we used half board option)
Unfortunately we had to cancel half of our stay due to unexpected problems and we're grateful for all the help and support related to our situation
We hope to come back to this place again!

It was a break I really needed. Superb. Staff superb. Delicious breakfast and food all through. A break I would do again and again.

The location is excellent close enough to get around the island. Charles on the front desk is so helpful and friendly, all the staff were excellent and go out of their way to ensure you have a good stay. Would recommend.

Our suite was very nice for a one night stay. The air con was fab, really effective and not too noisey and very much needed in blistering August temperatures. The bed was very comfortable and having the slightly seperate lounge area was useful. Nice big bathroom with all the basics. The location was very good for visiting neighbouring Valletta and Sliema. The car park underneath was very useful as it's very difficult to park in the street if you are not a resident with a permit. Very welcoming and friendly staff.
It was a bit of a treck across several hotels to check in to the Palazzo and to then get back to use the restaurants and the other facilities. However, our bags were moved for us, so not really a problem.
