Personal überaus nett und zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich rundherum wohl und willkommen. Als besonderes haben wir diesbzgl. erlebt, dass man stets das Gefühl hat, jeder Gast darf nach seiner Fasson den Aufenthalt gestalten und genießen, die Atmosphäre ist im gasamten Konzept von Toleranz geprägt und es wird soweit möglich auf alle Bedürfnisse Rücksicht genommen. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Beispiele: Outdoor gibt es überall auch Aschenbecher für Raucher (die werden hier noch wie jeder andere behandelt, und nicht als Aussätzige, wie sonst fast schon überall), zur Mittagsjause ist man als Spa-Gast im Bademantel genauso willkommen wie als Gast in voller Bekleidung, die Portionen beim a la cart Hauptgang abends sind bewusst nicht zu groß, damit man von allem am Buffet auch etwas probieren kann, es wird aber ausdrücklich informiert, dass man auf Wunsch auch mehr haben kann (finde ich toll, um Lebensmittelverschwendung zu vermeiden), Salzpeeling wurde auf Nachfrage vom Saunameister auch auserhalb der planmäßigen Einheiten extra gebracht, usw.) Dafür ist man dort "stenger", wo es Sinn macht für ein angenehmes Miteinander aller Gäste (z.B. keine Gläser im Spa-Bereich, nicht mit den Fingern in die überall angebotenen Snack-Schalen fassen, im Saunabereich Ruhe halten...). ALLES war IMMER picobello sauber, alles war top in Schuss! Insgesamt sehr viele Punkte, die das Hotel und sein Konzept in Summe perfekt machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Spa area was amazing, especially the saunas and the sauna sessions
Staff was condescending and unprofessional and still, you are expected to pay a 10€/night/room tip that is added to the bill automatically- it will be removed upon request. We had a wasp nest on our balcony and it took the reception two whole days to send someone to spray it.
There is no A/C in the room so we didn’t sleep too well due to the hot summer temperatures.
