We stayed at the Frantz suite. Spacious, beautiful, comfortable and fully equipped apartment.
The use of the laundry room has no extra charge
The slow Wi-Fi and the bench in the bedroom interrupting to open the door ( not the worst thing in the world )

Beautiful location surrounded by mountains. Everything was new, stylish and very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated that they offered a baby cot and extra bed rails for our child.
The only downside was that the property looked more spacious and private in the photos. In reality, it is right next to the road and the neighbouring rooms are very close, so there isn’t much privacy.

The location is absolutely stunning and very well situated, with shops, restaurants, and other amenities within a short drive, although having a car is definitely a must.
Communication with the host was very professional, kind, and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The interior design is beautifully done, stylish and practical. Everything has clearly been carefully arranged and we really appreciated the lovely welcome gift. My parents were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the sofa bed was. The cleanliness of the apartment truly deserves a special mention. Everything was absolutely spotless and I’m not exaggerating when I say that, as I’m quite particular about cleanliness! It was honestly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in and I really appreciated the care and attention to detail. I only wish we could have stayed longer to fully enjoy all the amenities, especially the sauna. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in a beautiful place and would be very happy to come back!
Not a criticism, but just a couple of suggestions that could make the stay even better. We found the breakfast portions to be a little small for four people. The only other thing that was a bit unfortunate was the smoking from the neighbouring apartment. As non-smokers, we found it very unpleasant whenever we went out onto the balcony or opened the windows. We couldn’t fully enjoy the fresh mountain air or relax on the balcony as much as we would have liked.

Property felt new and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped with all necessary instruments.
Big enough of refrigerator, dish washer was very important.
Air condition was very good, kept us cool in the hot summer days.
Rooms are wide and comfortable.
Plenty of parking.
All windows had nets for bugs, which was great and rare.
Proximity to Gröbming is very much helpful.
The proximity to the main road is very much notable, as there is a lot of noise in the apartments, during all hours of day and night.
Internet was very weak and barely worked.
TV (which worked in internet) got stuck a lot and we were unable to watch fluently any show.
