Location is excellent. Breakfast was more than adequate. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff are very helpful, polite and cheerful. We really enjoyed our ahort stay.

I think the staff was good and accommodating.
Compared to other places we stayed in Switzerland this was at the bottom of the list. There are better places to stay in Zurich than this hotel It is clean and the staff is good but the location although convenient to the train station is sub par for the type of hotels one expects to stay in in a country that has so many excellent hotels in beautiful locations.
