Beautiful older style traditional building in excellent condition with all rooms well maintained and very comfortable. A fantastic pool and small bar/cafe adds to the enjoyment of just staying around the hotel. Breakfast is also another highlight, well catered and in a great position and with equally great staff looking after guests. Good transport links, local buses or easy to get taxis mean getting around from the hotel is very easy. The National gallery and beautiful parklands, including a Zoo are only minutes walk away and are must do’s when staying at Aldrovandi Suites.
One flight of curving stairs to get down to the pool level and fact we could not use the elevator that was there and went to both levels. A bit remote to all the must do’s in Rome but good transport connections were there but took this time and planning instead of just walking down the road type attractions.

The glamorous and spacious feel of the property and large well equipped rooms added to by the magnificent pool area.
Be beware dining and main attractions are a bus ride away.

Lovely pool area and breakfaat.
Rooms a bit outdated - no electrical outlet next to wither side of the bed, air conditioner quite old and noisy. But it worked and the staff were lovely.

Spacious room
We book our accommodation for the purpose of using the swimming pool as we knew they Rome was under a heat wave. When we arrived we have been told that the swimming pool was unavailable and it was not available for the entire length of our stay witch was 3 night and 4 days. What I did not like was the fact that no one has been in contact witch us prior arriving to let us know the problem as we would have change accommodation.
When we got the room we were not allowed to open the window on the first day because they have just removed a nest of bees, lots of them they were still flying around, side note my wife is allergic to bees.
