Loved the location due it being so quiet and clean. Shout out to daily room attendance. They do a fantastic job and are very friendly
A real downer on the last night attempting to book a private transfer to the airport. 3 requests that ended with the front desk lead insinuating that I may not be able to afford this service. I had just paid AUD1500 a night to stay in your over priced facility. This charge was not an issue and was easily taken care of.
Looking at previous reviews, these sorts of issues seem to be common within this facility. Staff could climb down off their horse.
Other issue was auto tipping added to the bill through out the facility. On my final account there were 3 charges for various amounts that did not really get a clear explanation. I have just under €200 removed from my final statement prior to payment. Tipping is not a culture in Europe and if I was to give it to a staff member it would be direct, never via the business.

Our first hotel in Rome was an amazing experience. The service was excellent, luxurious, and truly unique. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The food was also fantastic, and everything was handled perfectly from beginning to end. A beautiful hotel with exceptional service — we really enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely recommend it.
I only wish we had more time to stay longer. The experience was so exceptional that I wish we could find the same level of service everywhere we travel—or simply have this hotel in every city we visit!

The swimming pool is absolutely amazing. The breakfast is generous and plentiful.
The bedrooms could do with some updating.

DIscretionary serice charge on my bill at the end was a total rip-off and left a very sour taste with this hotel. I was only here 4 nights and it was 300 euros, needless to say i got them to remove it
