Perfect localization. Parking place nearby, you just take a ticket and may pay at the hotel at the end of the staying. The metro is just at the exit from the hotel, shop is in the same building. Room is clean and great. Great view for Prague form the balcony, where you can seat, get to know with your neighbors, as it is one for all rooms (with big flower pots between rooms). The breakfast is great, everything that is needed. The staff is nice and helpful.
I see none disadvantages. It may be a strange experience when you see a building which is a bit poor office building (hosting a lot of offices and physician cabinets), but sixth floor is exclusively for the hotel. With a lift.

We had a late checking, and Phillip at the front counter was very helpful and gave us an awesome suite. The suite was huge and had a large terrace with a partial view of Prague's historical center. The hotel is located on the 7th floor right across the bus depot. The building also has an Aldi grocery store on the ground floor. Don't get put off by the office building look or location, this area is changing rapidly with many new high-end condos. There’s also restaurants, shopping mall, and a brewery near the hotel.
Access to the center of Prague was easy via the metro, tram, or bus. The AC worked perfectly, not like in other hotels in Europe that presets the AC or it never works. Breakfast was plentiful and there was a lot of variety. Phillip provided us with great tips on where to eat in Prague and how to get around. If you drive into Prague there is a public parking lot adjacent to the hotel. Cost 14 euros per day.
