Close connection to city center (foot, car, public), quiet environment, spacious room, large double bed, cleanliness (general, but especially also in public WCs), cable car ride as rare feature, bar restaurant and lounge available, vending machine, sauna, opening times of wellness area
Wellness area could be more welcoming (Position of Sauna, only two sun beds, pool small) music and light and showers were good however

The staff were very professional. Especially Pitr who greeted us on arrival and made sure we felt welcome. The location is great with spectacular views of the city. The wellness centre was lovely and I had a wonderful Thai massage which is highly recommended after many days walking the city.

The location was good for travelling into the centre of prague. Also the breakfast was excellent.
The tv in the room was dated. There was no facility to chrome cast to tour phkne and there were only a couple of english speaking channels. Maybe an upgrade on rge tv would help. Only other thing is no milk was provided rooms for tea and coffee.

the breakfast was pretty decent , I wished there was more bread and sausage options, the mini croissant was always so hard , quite disappointing. but loved their chia pudding, and those small ginger shots.
The room was clean and spacious.
The location was terrible and required a shuttle bus to go up and down, so half of the time was spent waiting for it. Even the room was so far down the hall that it felt like forever walking.
The wellness centre was a joke. The swimming pool was so cold that it was impossible to step in, the jacuzzi had no bubbles and just felt like a small tub with hot water, and the sauna wasn’t even working. On top of that, it had a sign saying “no underwear,” which was bizarre.
Overall, it was far too pricey for what you get. I would not choose to stay here again.
