Výborná komunikácia s ubytovateľom, upratovacia služba na jednotku.

Krásny, čistý, moderný a priestranný apartmán, vybavená kuchyňa, žehlička, žehliaca doska, chladnička.. Blízko vstup do stanice metra Andel, zastávky električky. Na rohu budovy kaviarne/pekárne, supermarket Albert. Blízko je aj Lidl. Pekný výhľad do záhrady vo vnútornom bloku. Z druhej strany síce prebieha výstavba, ale okná sú dobre odhlučné.
Chýba klimatizácia, ale o tom sme vedeli dopredu a tomu zodpovedá aj cena. Boli sme ubytovaní v najväčších horúčavách 38 stupňov, ale na apartmáne bol ventilátor, takže sa to dalo prežiť. Iba jeden čip od dverí a otváranie z bytu elektronickým vrátnikom nefungovalo. Pre štvorčlennú rodinu by sa zišli aspoň 2 čipy od dverí.

On the positive side, the apartment itself is beautifully designed and clean.
On the day we arrived, the code we had received by email did not work, so we were unable to collect the keys.
All our attempts to contact customer service by phone and WhatsApp went unanswered. After more than 45 minutes of being stranded and not knowing what to do, we happened to see a member of the cleaning staff. She called someone who provided us with the correct code, and only then were we able to get the key.
The apartment itself was very poorly equipped, especially the bathrooms, which lacked furniture and adequate storage space for personal belongings.
