Excellent position close to public transport and the city. Exceptional front of house staff who sorted out everything we asked and were very helpful at all times. A very comfortable room with good facilities, fridge, kettle, luxury towels. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely room with bed for the dog! Comfy bed, helpful staff and absolutely delicious breakfast with make your own freshly squeezed orange juice. The room had a kettle! The first we encountered in Spain
Slightly odd perfume in the communal areas - like old fashioned violet sweets. Not unpleasant but not entirely necessary. Also music from corridor could be heard in the room but receptionist turned it down/off immediately when I reported it.

Excellent historic hotel recently restored. Friendly staff and right next to both the bus and train station. Walkable to central Santander, the new Faro Museum and iconic Museum Botìn. We visit Santander twice a year and this is a new fave for us.
