Central location close to everything in Santander city centre. Beautiful room with such a comfortable bed.
Just small espresso cups and no normal cups for tea.

Great location
I was expecting more comfort. AC freezes you during the night because the fan is in front of the bed. Easy thing to fix but really important, It's really annoying when you want to keep the AC on due to the temperature but the AC fan blows in your face during the night.

I have always enjoyed staying at your hotel; however, I was disappointed this time because the window in the room could not be opened, which means there is no option for fresh air or proper ventilation. This is particularly uncomfortable when combined with the fact that a generator had been running continuously throughout the night.
The constant noise from the generator had made it extremely difficult to sleep and had seriously affected our stay. Having a generator operating throughout the night, directly affecting guests’ ability to rest, is not what I would expect from a hotel.
