Perfect location, friendly helpful staff.
A party from the reception the rest of the interior didn’t really match with the lovely facade of the exterior. It was clean and great air con and view from bed the sea but we felt it was expensive for the actual rooms.

The elevator for the parking lot. Oh my god never seen or experienced that and I was scared. Jajajaja

We were travelling through Spain and into Portugal. We arrrived at the ferry port and the hotel was ideal for our requirements.
We have stayed at the hotel before and we would recommend it. It is a nice hotel in a good location and the car lift to the car park is unusual and a lot of fun.
We could not mention anything that we did not like

Rooms were functional and very clean. A wonderful location.
1 pillow per person and of very poor quality, had to use a decorative cushion to provide more support for sleeping. They were not in keeping with the good comfort of the rest of the facility. We indicated at the time of booking we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and this was acknowledged by the hotel at the time of booking. However there was zero attention to this on checking in. Secondly it appears that rooms 311 / 312 / 313 are the smallest rooms in the hotel and we were allocated one of these. It appeared to be quite a bit smaller than the other standard Double rooms on that floor. No request on checking on out how our stay was. I think the young staff need to be somewhat more engaging.
