Very good choice if you like to be near the beach as opposed to a city centre location

Superb location if you like proximity to the beach, about 200 m. from the main beach Playa del Sardinero. We stayed in a standard apartment, with balcony NOT overlooking the sea. We paid €90,00 per night accommodation only, we think the price-quality ratio was great. Good size bathroom with huge shower. The kitchen had fridge/freezer, sink, microwave, hob with 2x induction plates. Cleanliness was good. The receptionists seemed to be all pleasant enough to deal with. Luggage storage room available free of charge if for example you have a late afternoon or evening flight. The city centre is reachable in about 15-20 minutes by bus, number 4 is best.

We tried the breakfast buffet 1 day only, usual things like biscuits, cakes & cereals, some cold meats and sliced cheese, both of low quality, the only cooked things (on request) were boiled sausages (not good at all) and eggs (which were ok); we were also the only people in the huge breakfast room, it was quite sad so we said never again! We paid €9,90 per adult and €4,50 per child. The kitchen corner in our apartment was extremely small, a very important thing missing was a drainer for plates, glasses & cutlery, the reason was because there was no space for it, yet it was very annoying not to have one. The 2nd important thing missing were bowls for the morning cereals, there were only tea/coffee cups. One of the cupboards’ doors came off, the board at the base of the sofa bed came off as well, we reported these to reception, they were already aware. The bathroom had no window AND not even a fan. One morning we asked one of the chambermaids to show us an apartment with balcony overlooking the sea, it was way better, bigger kitchen, more spacious, overall a better option. If you can, go for it instead of the basic/standard room, the price different was not huge.

Very nice apartment with breakfast included.

Good breakfast

We were a group of 3 and breakfast was included. However at checkout because they had only 2 people listed we were charged the extra person for Breakfast !!

Highly recommend for family stay :)

Location was perfect!! Loved the balcony and the kitchen. The kitchen has lots of space and included a coffee machine and toster. Good size fridge too. Lots of space for three people and a baby. Cot for baby was free and super usefull. Bed was extra large . The staff were always so welcoming and kind. Would highly recommend and if we return to Santander we could love to stay again.

I think I would have appreciated some basic coffee for the coffee machine as it sometime feels pointless buying a bag for only a few days :)

location was very good for going to the beach. For going to the city was a bit more complicated but we had a car. It was not difficult to find a parking lot next to the hotel.

There were not big supermarkets around, but some specialized them. We could find what we wanted to buy, though.

Superb

everything as expected, spacious appartment decentely equipped ... kitchen could have some more stuff. place is great, next to beach walk and near Santender royal park. Great air and not too noisy. Restaurants nearby, till late.

No reserved parking place, yet nearby streets had open spots ... or we were lucky.

Fantastic friendly staff, great accommodation and wonderful location!

The location for my language course was fantastic and I have recommended your hotel as an alternative for any future courses. The balcony and views were fabulous and it was a bonus to have cleaning services provided.

Very good

Location in particular, type and management of hotel.

It was advertised as English speaking which it wasn't. However, this did not cause any issues as we have some bad Spanish and gesticulations to fall back on. I cannot fault the intentions of the staff at all.

aesthetics of the room, or total lack thereof; looks like a submarine cabin rooms so plane --or mine, at least-- that you feel you are in some kind of spare apartment of a finance ministry or something mattress of the sofa bed quite noisy; you move, you wake up

The value here is the location.

We liked the location and the service.

There was no AC, rooms were old and looked as if they were not completely clean.
