The staff, especially Johana, were excellent. They decorated our room for my granddaughter s birthday. She was so pleased.

I was blon away, the room was lovely with a balcony to the street , they had a pool I swam in was lovely, the staff fantastic very helpful, the breakfast amazing , and I am fussy I cannot fault this hotel at all, it was so lovely

Breakfast was nice. But facility overall could use some work.
The elevator was a hot box and the one of the left has to go all the way to the 6th floor before going to your floor.. its kind of frustrating. Also this hotel holds the record for most deactivated cards I ever had. 10 different cards needed as the previous one would not work and I only stayed there 3 nights.. Lastly, the walls were thin.. too easy to hear everything next door.
