The hotel was modern and perfectly placed to visit the shops and all attractions we wanted to see. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing and we especially liked the feel of room and we especially loved the roof top pool.
The breakfast was not good. I ordered 2 poached eggs which for some reason came out on two separate plates, both were cold. My husbands order was incorrect but rather than change it he was brought out another egg with the salmon which was missed but the original egg was again cold. Poor communication. The room for breakfast was stunning but it was not worth the money we paid so ate out for breakfast for the other two mornings.
Also the curtains were awkward to close as the sofa was in the way so had to climb over each night.

Central,
Beautiful.
Very clean
The fact that we had a late flight and there were no facilities to freshen up before leaving.
We were offered to extent the room check out at a cost of a night stay.

It was relatively central
It didn’t feel refined, I had made requests to my room on two occasions and they weren’t followed through. Argument with the night staff at reception when there was a miscommunication regarding a dinner reservation and no apologies were made. Insects found in the room but no explanation as to how or what was done about it
