Location. Staff lovely. Quiet considering so close to La Rambla. Ate there once and food very good. Arrived early and they stored bags.
We came back 36 minutes after check in time and rooms weren,t ready. We had tickets for a concert and needed to get ready, having flown in from Gatwick. Disappointed, spoilt our first experience slightly.

The location is unbeatable. Just 50m off las ramblas made it so convenient for both the day and evening. The family room still felt spacious - especially due the high ceilings. Breakfast was good and the staff were great, both those on the front desk and in the restaurant. The garden is a unique feature - giving a bit of tranquility in the city centre.
There was a bit of outside noise overnight. I think it was the street cleaners so not much the hotel can do about that. Breakfast did get congested at times. To be fair there were signs warning about the busiest times and the staff did an amazing job at keeping it moving - it was really my fault for not heeding the advice!

The hotel was pretty. It had a garden, but the staff was exceptional. They always try to accommodate you. They were wonderful.
