I booked this for a 2 night stay for our anniversary. We loved the location, very close to everything. The room was very pleasant and large, with a huge bed and great shower. The pool was a feature we really enjoyed too. Breakfast was really excellent with a good selection of hot and cold food with chef on hand to cook eggs/omelettes to order.
I had upgraded to a supreme room hoping it would have had a balcony as shown in the images but was a little disappointed it wasn't as pictured. It was still a really nice room. Our TV didn't work - not that we planned to watch much TV but after reporting this twice that we couldn't get any channels to work, it wasn't resolved during our stay.
We didn't feel overly welcomed by the staff attending the bar area whilst waiting for our bags to be stowed away. We were politely asked to move to the sofas, despite there being several tables free. We were very tired after our delayed journey and a minute to sit down was appreciated.

Exelent and expencive both the time.After all the taxes I paid much more over the price that I choose in Booking. In future I want to know the price with the taxes and not to be surprised in the last second.
