Our room was very close to the beach and the beach bar. The food in the buffet was excellent! I was pleased with the list of inclusive alcoholic drinks available. The staff was very helpful and friendly everywhere at the resort.
One afternoon our air conditioner quit working after they performed maintenance on it. However, they completely replaced the unit the following day. So we experienced one hot night in our room. I can't think of anything else that was unpleasant.

- The staff - amazing. Everyone (and I mean everyone) is very welcoming and does their best to accommodate you and be friendly.
- The food was delicious
- clean pools
- clean Beach
- nice drinks variety
- we had a seaview room in the main block and
the space was not baby friendly. The stairs in the room make it very dangerous which made it impossible to let the baby crawl on the floor in the room
- the lifts in the main block are very small if you have a baby stroller - very inconvenient if you have a stroller and more than a baby and one adult as you have to use two lifts separately.
- if you want to go with a stroller from the main block to the beach you have to go all the way around the property as it’s the only stroller friendly way. The accessible access ramps are not at every staircase.

Staff is wonderful and super helpful. facilities are great, we didn't leave the resort for 5 days and it was great. The Italian restaurant is really good (Shutout to Vana the wonderful waitress)
Only things I would say here is that It's hard to find a spot on the main pool and sometimes the beach can get really windy because the open sea and no wave breaks.

Resort was awesome! Pools and beach were great! Buffets were good. Staff was friendly
We thought we were getting a walk in shower per room description. What we got was a very tall tub with shower. My husband is 72 yrs old with 2 knee replacements. Getting in and out of shower was not easy. Also… bed was 2 twins pushed together. Not a fan. Only outlet in bathroom was attached to hairdryer and didn’t work so unable to use curling iron in bathroom.
