Everything! This is the best hotel not just in Crete but in Greece. The staff make this hotel like Heaven. We have been here twice a year, this is our 7th visit and our honeymoon! There is nowhere else in the world we would rather be.
Matina, Eleni, Marios, Marina, Nikolas, Melina, are all superstars in the bar, pool and beach. Happy and smiles for all guests and the best service you could wish for.
Vassos, George and all the dining room staff are so hardworking and professional.
The reception staff are excellent and professional.
Georgia is a dream for us. She is a superstar and takes her job very seriously. Guest satisfaction is her number 1 priority.
The hotel manager is a great leader and an absolute professional. She always takes care of guests and staff. It is always a pleasure to visit this hotel with leading her great team.

Everything was amazing, property, location, food, beach. Super luxury hotel with amazing service. One of the best things is that it had enough sun beds for all the guests and you didn’t have to fight for it. Makes you want to come back each time.

Super clean,very chic and very comfortable. There is super helpful and always smiling staff, great food and nice private beach.
Everything was really nice except the opening hours of pools. They are open only from 9:00-18:30,what is a pitty if you want to cool down yourself at the evening. And also the pricelist of massages is little bit too overate.
