95% of the staff where really helpful and friendly
The noise, the room was next to the spa, the first night wasnt great, but the staff were great to help. Then there was a dull drone from early morning. Was told they had noise issues with the room before. Therefore, for me this was not great. Think they are the booking.com rooms cheaper rooms. Bathroom needed updating re the tiles.

Amazing facilities, fairly clean room (just very dusty throughout and chips in wall plaster in various places), loved the sports bar for atmosphere and food
Expected the room to be spotless but unfortunately wasn't in a few places
