The rooms were spacious, the hospitality was friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was excellent!
Room could have better lighting but this is really a very small detail. It was all in all a wonderful place to stay.

Staff great, food very tasty. Great location!
Lacked a little atmosphere I.e music, ambience. Understand it was midweek but felt a little like we were whispering. Also the choice on evening menu very small with 2 out of the 7 dishes unavailable by 8pm. Double room was very small also.

The parking was ok, the bar and restaurant was a great traditional pub feel. The fan in the room was appreciated. The man who checked me in was great, Ben I think his name was, good service.
I stayed here so I could use the electric charging overnight, this wasn’t possible as only one charger was operating and it was already in use. Two were blocked off with a skip in the way. No advanced warning of this. The bathroom smelt fusty and mouldy and made it feel unclean. There was no where to hang a hand towel or hang towels anywhere.
