Great hosts, excellent breakfast, my husband said poached eggs were really good. Deddington is a lovely town, good location to reach most places, especially if you want to have the Clarkson experience and you can catch the train to Oxford really easily. The Inn is traditional which is what we wanted. WiFi fine, good shower pressure, comfy mattress.
We didn’t eat dinner there just because it didn’t work out for us but menu was good.
Good size TV in room but we couldn’t watch it as no channels loaded which was frustrating.

We liked the convenience of being able to park outside. We enjoyed the many board games on offer and dart board. The pub had a friendly atmosphere and the staff were attentive The rooms were comfortable and adequate in size for our one night stay. Breakfast was good.

Nice pub, lovely people, breakfast was satisfactory.
Very noisy at night, which is understandable.
Room felt cramped, decor a bit drab.
Breakfast was enjoyable, but there was no choice of fruit or pastries.
No hooks anywhere in the bathroom.
