This place is difficult to review because when we stayed their we just felt so welcome and everyone was just so friendly and helpful that it felt like much more than just an overnight stay. The location is great, lots of parking, the rooms are comfy and clean and the outdoor areas are super. The bar is charming and the restaurant really superb…but the staff (and owner and dogs 😁) make this place the pearl that it is. Our waitress Bella couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful and charming. We only stayed one night so I can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you all for a fantastic stay over the ordinary.

The breakfast was amazing! Local produce, home- cooked and there were 2 courses!
The road was right next to our room so you could hear the traffic.

We had such a lovely stay here for my partners birthday, in company of our two dogs. The hotel is very dog friendly and made the stay very comfortable and enjoyable for both me, my partner and our two dogs. We also had dinner at the red lion which was delicious alongside a wonderful breakfast the following morning. We definitely look forward to coming back again in the future.
I could not fault our stay in the slightest.
