Great staff, they were fantastic. Property was beautiful in an excellent location.
The only small part was that we did not realise our room didn’t have a shower, which would have been beneficial to know beforehand but ultimately didn’t stop us enjoying ourselves.

The wonderful staff and the fantastic location.
Special shout out to Chelsea who always had a smile on her face, and was always pleasant and helpful. Loved the doggy welcome gift!
The WiFi was a challenge each day but manageable. Our room overlooked the back end of the hotel, which was quiet but not ideal looking at a row of linen bins each day for £200pn.

The location was lovely
The rooms were not very clean, we took our own glasses to have a birthday celebration, of which the staff took as thought they were their own and we never got back. Unclean shower and bed frame
