Stayed in a Manor Junior Suite. Lovely room with fantastic view over grounds and valley. Breakfasts were fantastic and good choice of evening meal options.
Felt resort targeted family breaks not adult couples like us. More Centre Parcs than Warner Breaks!
Check in process was fast and efficient but check out very poor. Sole member of staff left me waiting while making coffee for another customer for several minutes!

Location and grounds. Games room and pub. Gym looked ok. Lemon curd pizza unusual
Indoor Swimming pool was of poor standard. Wasted £2 for towels as didn’t get in the pool when we saw it, changing rooms were particularly dirty. Thought an outdoor pool had been advertised but didn’t see one.
Signage poor and directions given by staff. Spent ten minutes looking for room ending up in staff lodgings as signage so poor.
