Breakfast was excellent. Fantastic choice with more than enough for anyone's taste. I would like to say a special thank you to the receptionist Margarita. She was fantastic. So welcoming and sorted out all the little problems herself. Also Anthony. He was really helpful too and good fun.
We would have preferred not to have been in disabled room with disabled bathroom facilities. We also thought it was really odd not to have any soap near the basin. I also thought it was odd to have no proper toilet roll holder having to balance it on top of the container. The room itself was nice but very hot. Also when we arrived there was a nasty stain on the pillow case.

The food in the Hotel is very good, with a varied menu for both breakfast and dinner. The staff were all very professional and very friendly. they provided an excellent service - nothing was too much trouble for them.
The WiFi connectivity was poor. On arrival, I was allocated a room which had no wiFi connectivity which was no good to me as I was travelling on business and needed to work. However, when I explained at Reception I was advised that "wifi is not guaranteed in all of the rooms, just in the Reception area". I was then offered an alternative room and asked if I wanted to check the wifi connectivity before I moved rooms. The wifi connectivity was okay in the second room, but still a bit intermittent.

Lovely location and views
Found a toothbrush in our bed and was very outdated the suites not worth the price . Staff were amazing from reception to waiting staff
