Staff were very helpful. Lady that was on at night was so friendly and extremly helpful redarding where to eat and the free transport at the weekend.
The breakfast was basic and hot plates did not keep food hot.

This was the best Radisson Blu experience we have ever had. The building is architecturally significant and has been treated with great respect in the design of the hotel. The foyer is.awe inspiring.
The staff were exceptional, very well trained. The location is perfect for walking everywhere in Nantes.The rooms were great, the temperature with the air-conditioning was perfect throughout the night. Breakfast was amazing.
I would like a way to manage recycling of paper and plastic waste when in an hotel room. I left all of the cardboard on a shelf, but I'm not sure the housekeeping staff are equipped to manage recycling waste.

The hotel is in a convenient safe location with ample parking nearby. It’s a grand old building, but was undergoing renovations when we visited, so there was scaffolding and workmen around. It should be lovely when finished.
The air conditioning was poor- we were unable to turn it down enough for a comfortable sleep. We had the engineers out to it, and they improved it but not nearly enough. 23 degrees was the minimum you could expect. The apology in the form of a plate of macarons was a nice touch, but didn’t make up for a poor nights sleep unfortunately.
