The staff were so friendly and helpful. The amenities were such a treat and the location was perfect for our trip
The steps up to the lobby. I would have returned with my family but we need disabled access for my husband. Once in all floors were accessible by lift.

Great location, staff v friendly & helpful, good shower. There is a sitting room where you can also make yourself tea, coffee, get water, often some snacks, etc. Great value. Recommend it.

staff very pleasant, breakfast exceptional, great location . Rooms very "steam punk " if you like that sort of thing . I presume in homage to Jules Verne on the Iles de Machines nearby
Nice hotel, I've stayed many times but in January last the room was cold and in the morning no hot water for the shower . Apologies given but no recompense. I have had a similar experience elsewhere in January . In your hotel is open it should be heated properly , cost savings no doubt but it shoudn't impact on guests
